Another week and a half of muzzle loading season. I haven't seen hardly anyone out for it. LOL Life is good again here also.

Had a good hunt tonight. 3 does, 2 fawns and 2 younger bucks in bow range. Saw 2 does and another buck out of bow range. The deer are moving pretty decent with the cold and snow we've got now even with the full moon.

My sightings so just be going up now once this cold weather sets in... especially when the landowner/farmer finishes harvesting his corn. He is half done with another 750 acres to go. Hopefully it quits snowing so he can finish in the next week or so.

I'll get a lot of time to hunt now and the deer haven't been pressured all that bad while hiding in the standing corn during rifle season. Loving it !!!!!

I cant wait for snow, late rut, and no hunters in the woods. Should be a good combination this year.

Corn is on the other side of the driveway by the little L- tree belt. Dufus ( 4- wheeling idiot who busts the deer out of an area while shed hunting cause he is too lazy to walk ) is hunting in the belt but Tyler is hunting farther out along the edge of the corn where a major trail cuts through two sloughs. Harley ( landowner ) isn't too impressed with him so he said we could run all over him. I am still torqued at the idiot over his shed hunting tactics but we will respect his stands and stay out of there. We just cutting off the bucks before they get to him. LOL Flyers is in that area as Dufus has trail cam pictures of him. He talks way too much !! :) If Tyler gets a crack at Flyers... we might just drag him in front of his trail cam and gut him out. Pay backs are a b..... !!! Well... we won't do it but it sure is fun thinking about it... geez he is an idiot. LOL If Freaky Brow made it... he will be there too.

Funny how things are so different. I saw 2 deer in 22 hours for my first two days of gun season. Tonight I saw 6 deer in 60 minutes.
