    Just checked another camera on one of our farms and I guess I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Never had a buck this late in the year still holding on to his bone.

    i know that doe is probably fine, but i always feel bad when i see a wounded deer. neat pics

    Yeah she looks like she's doing just fine. We do have a problem with coyotes up there though. This is the first pic I've got of her and the first I've got of a 3 legged doe.

    Twice I've saw bucks carrying yet the 1st week of April. They were both young bucks (1st racks). Cool pics!!

    Its amazing how well the 3 legged ones do. Seen a big 10 pt 15 years ago that was still packing the first week of April. Seen 2 with new racks started the last couple of weeks.

    We had a buck this year(2.5yr) that finally dropped one SIDE on April 15th!! He was still packing the other for a few days but I haven't seen him in a week.

    I have seen 1 or 2 with nubs coming up while turkey hunting, too

    I have seen them in early April with head gear but not this late. Rob will be after that Doe :D cool photos

    Pretty wild. I saw a buck last year in April that still had one side. He was running around shaking his head. Im assuming he was trying to get it to come off. I watched him for 10 min doing this just waiting for the easy shed but it didnt come off.

    saw a buck the other nite feeding in a field cross from my father in laws w/ a rack still attached crazy! love the doe wish they was all three legged lol..
