So tonights story on the news from our fur loving friends was... that 17 cats seized from a home last fall are finally ready to be adopted. Supposedly the owner left them unattended for a week. They came in with diseases etc. Now the SPCA is saying please adopt these cats. They say the cost of keeping them for 3 months has reached $11,000. Folks.... in a year that would be $44,000 to feed and care for 17 cats. How in the hell does a family of a half dozen or more kids survive at those rates. Honestly, $44,000 to take care of 17 cats in a non profit organization. Those fools don't know how to spend money wisely. I like cats... but at some point someone has to pull the trigger.
Just release the damn things, seems like out here we have more wild cats then deer. Atleast I see more from the treestand
I like cats too, but that is crazy. Think of all the children they could have helped with that much money.
