I never use the snooze myself. If I go back to sleep and get into a deep sleep quickly, I'll feel even worse when the snooze goes off. Worse than hungover.

My theory is: I have to get up anyway, Why delay the inevitable? Just get up and get going.

Yes, I use the snooze button. I use my phone and it'd on vibrate. The loud *** annoying alarm clocks wake me up and piss me off lol.

I hot the snooze about 4 times before I actually get up for work. I know it probably doesn't help but I like those few extra minutes of sleep.

The logic here evades me....wouldn't uninterrupted sleep be better?

Yes, I'm sure it would. I've just can't get up once the first one goes off. Never have been able to. So I keep hitting it for 20 minutes.

That's why I have an otter box. I've always had a hard time waking up, especially for work.

I am not a morning person. Never have been. I also have a really, really hard time falling asleep. :( Can barely fall asleep, have a tough time waking up.

Very thankfully, I work from home so I don't have to wake up at any set time, 'cept for church and hunting. I try to avoid using the snooze button as it just seems to make me more groggy.

This morning I turned my alarm off when it woke me at 7am. I fell back asleep and didn't wake until 8:45.. church starts at 9. I was only a little late. :D

(I know getting up at nearly 9am seems lazy but K and I usually don't go to sleep until 2 am or so. He works second shift)
