Cubs fans around here are sure getting cocky.

As a hawks fan, does it get better?

I love the Cubs they are my NL team but as a Cub fan I know better than to get cocky.

When they 3-peat, twice, I'll be a believer. 95-96 Bulls were never down 3-1 in the playoffs

Screw the rules and other changes, go 3 in a row twice off the back of this season and you have it.

Imagine if Jordan hadn't retired after the first 3-peat. It's plausible that they could have won the championship in both the 94 and 95 seasons. The could have given them 8 in a row. They were that great with Jordan.

I think the Cavs will win Game 3 because the NBS needs this to be somewhat of a series so they can make money and get some ratings. So, the Cavs "will" win.

So by your comment, is it safe to say I'm not the only one who is convinced at least some of this is fixed? I think Commish Silver and the NBA already "chose" GSW to win it.

GSW don't need any help from the NBA to beat Cleveland. It's pretty clear who the better team is. Lebron can't make a shot more than 2 feet from the basket.

The Cavs need to play GS like they did Atlanta.

Come out blazing with 3's, why stop something that worked? Curry alone cannot keep up with something like that, in all honesty I thought they were sending a statement to GS in that series, but I guess not.

Not like it was one game they tried it they did it 2 games in a row.

LeBron needs to stop driving right now and play Mr. Assist. He needs to wait on driving the ball until GS gets tired and sloppy and fouls are more likely to be called. Kyrie should have another basket when he made it on continuation but the refs didn't give it to him but he's playing well. If JR and Frye start stepping up the 3's and TT keeps getting rebounds they should be ok. I really like Jefferson's physicality and they need to play Mozgov when GS plays small.

From the looks of it, the Cavs aren't going down without a fight. They're kickin our butts tonight.

Honestly as much as I love Curry, I've always said physical games he will struggle more. If GSW don't figure out ways to pull Curry open for his quick catch and pop he will continue to be a small factor in this series...which doesn't mean they lose, but means it doesn't help.

I honestly expect Thompson to continue to be a bigger factor as he seems to handle physicality of this series better than Curry. I still say GSW in 6 like I thought at first...but we shall see.

Just more proof that Curry would have been just average before the 2004-2005 season.

I still think he'd grown up in that period he'd be built tougher because of his drive to succeed still would be there...this era he didn't need to be tougher to see success....I agree though he'd probably not been an MVP. He'd still been a big player for someone though.

Honestly...there aren't many players now that would do well back in the NBA when it was tougher...Lebron even wouldn't be the guy we know now...still be great though sheerly by his size.
