Personally I'm not a big Lebron fan, but I'm happy he won one in Cleveland just because the Siman boys are there.
I half expected pictures of the brothers in downtown smashing beers off of foreheads and fist bumping the police....kinda dissapointed haha
Lol, I love how everyone has to preface that they aren't a LeBron fan. If it's because of the decision, fine, I get it, I disliked him after that too. Not because he left but how he did it. If it's because he often complains about not getting calls, you might want to start watching the plays in slow motion like us Cavs fans do. We get to watch every game and see the missed calls game after game where the refs miss 3-4 calls per game. I know it's not an excuse for him to complain but you have to remember, the NBA and how the refereeing is done in this era created the flop and complain league that it is, not LeBron. If you dislike him for some other reason, fine, but it's just funny that everyone needs to declare it.
I'll admit I've simply started over looking his whining when he thinks he was fouled or he didn't foul someone...however especially in Game 6 and Game 7 it got incredibly old how often he was whining to the refs when he wasn't even involved in the play.......just made him look childish. The other times I get it, and you are 100% right, one cannot get mad at someone else when they ALL behave like that!
The youngest went downtown but it was too crowded to even breath so he hopped over to Lakewood. I had to work till 7. My facebook shows my reaction...LOL
Kind words boss. As awesome as it was, it doesnt compare to the Packers 2010 Super Bowl. Not even close for me.
And I'm not disagreeing that he whines, most players do, but it's like soccer and the players do it because the refs blow the whistle based on reaction sometimes and not what they actually see. If I had it my way, the game would be like it was in the 90s. I think players take whining and talking to the refs way too far in today's game.
No 1996 love? That Favre to Andre Rison pass might of been the most crazy moment in my sports watching history. I'm shocked I didn't end up hurt from the celebration.
I was 6....LOL And Aaron>Brett in my heart. Yes Brett hunts and parties, and id LOVE to hang out with him. But Aaron is simply just brilliant to watch and cheer for. Brett broke my heart too many times (plus the Minnesota thing).
Not sure why since I'm only 6 years older but that made me feel old because I remember it plain as day.
Total hijack but I don't care. I went into that game very concerned about how Favre would handle the moment and Bill Parcels game planning scared me as well. Once they hit that early long TD on a Favre audible and burned the Pats d-fense I went from nervous to confident in a hurry. It was a great moment.
I loved both.....96' was sweet especially what Howard did that day...I can still remember shouting from the second he got that ball till the final step of his 99 yard touchdown return! Similar to the Nick Collins return of 2010...both were sweet.
Yeah people forget New England just scored and had it down to a 7 point lead and was definitely in the game and had momentum. That was an absolute back breaker mentally for the Pats
I was "this close" to texting you after the game. But it was late and I wanted to watch Game of Thrones on my DVR before I went to bed.
Thats EXACTLY what i did...haha Battle of the Bastards delivered. Great episode. Jon Snow is right up there with The Hound and Sansa as my favorites.
Well they did it. The ship is still floating! Hats off to the Cavs. They played hard and earned it. I can't believe the Warriors went 4 minutes at the end of the 4th quarter without scoring a single point. The Cavs wanted it more. Congrats to them and their fans.
People complaining that LeBron "whines" or "complains" crack me up. Usually the same people that say he'll never compare to Jordan. People act like Jordan never complained... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
