    So I went out this afternoon (Virginia) to Turkey hunt and see if I could find any sheds. I came up empty on turkeys but got close to a shed....I saw my #1 hit list and three other bucks still holding onto their antlers but I found a fifth willing to give his set up.

    Figure he might have been hit by a car on the near by road or a far shot would be a poacher lost him..

    Inside = 15 3/4
    Outside = 17 1/2
    Tines = 2 1/2
    G1 = 8
    G2 = L 6 7/8. R = 7 1/4

    Mains are roughly 20.xx"

    What a shame, what area of VA are you in? I'm in Roanoke but I don't see many from around here on the shed hunting forums so I just thought I'd ask to see when they start dropping near you.

    Ha I just asked the same in your thread. I'm in the northern end of things. Don't expect to see them drop for a lil while though

    Yeah it is usually around March or April before I stop seeing bucks carrying. Wish ours dropped as early as the northern states seem to.
