Yes it does. As in, who could possibly care. Obviously they are making a statement that they have great pride in their alma mater. Simple as that. But then, you knew that.

UT university googled comes up with University of Texas for many texas cities and they even have UT tv. I'm going with above mentioned name but to be honest when I first seen this post I thought of Utah. But then again are they the Utes?
