I've sat in the woods this year and seen few animals... My kid goes play disc golf and is dodging bears...
As was my son, before grad school. He dated/caddie for a lady pro disc golfer for a while and was ranked, I think, about #70 ameteur in the US at one point.
I'd tell her that's what you get for having me vacuum, but responses like that are probably why I am currently in the dog house.
The violence toward women in our country is really starting to tick me off. It needs to stop as it is getting worse.
So I made a huge tactical error today. We were heading down to my parents for thanksgiving dinner with my parents and siblings. My wife had a chiro appointment down by where we used to live this morning. I told her I would meet her at her parents house and we would ride down together. I can't drive with my wife in the vehicle for any more than 10-20 miles in the country other wise I will have a stroke or a heart attack. So I get in her rig and we head out for our 1 hour drive into the city. She had the radio set to the christmas song channel, every GD song some ****ty christmas song. It was nut punching time.
Christmas music ain't cool untill a few days before and ENDING the day after. Wednesday middle of nowhere ND, roscoe let me know he had to ****. The "look". I turned off the highway onto a goat trail. Went about a 1/2 mile n let him out. He likes to run a bit before he unloads. Was just putzing along with him following when a truck came over the hill. I pulled over to let him pass and he stopped next to me and asked what I was doing. I was nice and told him running my dog. He said "this land is posted on both sides of the road" so no hunting. I kinda lost it and told him Ifucking aint hunting. He sees Roscoe (yellow lab) as says, "yeah right" He starting again with some bullshit but I stopped him short. Basically said, I think it would be best if he just go on his way. He stared at me for a few seconds and left. One of the few assholes I've met in ND after hunting (traveling) there for 35 years.
Black Friday in our urban areas 14 deaths 123 injuries, this is just shopping folks. You can keep all that culture in the cities thank you.
