ive got one out sick(noncovid) and an army reservist out playing war games right now ... ive been at it again, 12 hr days/no days off since I got back from the one vac. I was able to salvage, lost the other 9 day vaction cause we didnt have enough employees ... cant get back in a tree right now and THAT really pisses me off, last time this crap happened, I worked 155 dys straight !! ... smh ..
Not at all. Wonder what her story will be tomorrow. 0317 - 155 days?! That's insane. I atleast get weekends. But, I have enough PTO I could take almost the whole month of December, alas, noone to work.
I sent an IM out to all employees last week stating all hours needed in by Sunday night so I could do payroll first thing this morning (due to the holiday and processing). Alas, you always have that one person who you chase down. Well....they're not getting paid on time and it's not my fault. I don't get how it's so difficult to enter your hours in. I like to be paid. I know I get paid biweekly. Not that hard!
After awhile the only way to learn is through a pain response. If a person is continuously lazy or incompetent, then that is on them.
The contest needs to be 1000+ posts. It really grinds my gears that people join and then ghost. I look forward to sharing and talking with my team. If you join, participate In Venatione Veritas
As I heard my dad (Packers share holder I might add) say about a guy when I was a kid ‘I wouldn’t p!ss in his mouth if his guts were on fire.’ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
we split the costs and responsibilities, we also have separate bank accounts. I pay the insurance, mortgage, and car payment. She pays all the other bills and then venmos me the difference. Just how we set it up. For the most part all the bills are auto-deducted from our accounts, with the exception of the Comcast bill b/c those motherlovers have ripped me off 2-3 times and I refuse to give them the opportunity to do it again. (That's a whole other rant. I don't even want Comcast but Mrs. Noodles demands it.)
bahahaha, must be friends with Mrs. Noodles. Does she also neglect to replace the empty toilet paper rolls?
My old man is 87. Not sure I could drag him up there but I’d love to get him to a game. He did go on a stadium tour a few years ago after I bought him his share. Old fart doesn’t smile much but he enjoyed that. Don’t get him started on Rogers’ hair. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
