I sent the email sunday night after 3 days of trying stuff. They got back to me yesterday morning and i responded right away. They are probably patting themselves on the back that they responded to a support request in less than xxx hours. At the very least, they could have responded, hey thats weird. Give us the day to figure it out and we will get back to you.
Yeah, usually a resolution is the goal. Hope you get it fixed. Sent from my SM-G781V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I forgot how much it sucks to fly out of Minneapolis to Orlando in November. Waiting to board, 5 wheel chairs followed by 5 strollers. Even on a Tuesday it sucks.
I need to find a job where I don't work all the time. Finally seeing the end of harvest only to get crappy news for me but a great experience for someone else. Passed on this buck 2 times last year knowing he would blow up big time. Found one of his sheds last spring and got a couple trail cam pictures of him this fall. Figured he would go high 160s. I was wrong... he went 172" . Just a beautiful buck with super brows. Congrats to the guy that shot him !!
Too bad for you but great for the other guy. Hopefully you'll be done with harvest and able to get out there for a try at another one. Super brows is right! I know about working all the time. Except I am the boss of what I do and the pay is lousy. I bit off more projects than I could get done in a timely fashion this year. I'm stubborn and a bit OCD. I can't stand leaving something un finished so I worked until all were completed. I finished up all tasks on Nov. 1st in time to get out for an evening hunt and have been hunting since. Nothing big yet! Good luck to you.
Sitting in my office and I can see a hot doe with a buck standing in the cut field across the road. 2 more hours before I can get in my stand.
Yesterday the issue with my right eye came back to visit but this time the vision did not go back to 100%. Funny I don't feel lucky that a stroke or hemorrhage is not occurring because vision in my right eye is a cloud. I can't shoot without my right eye.
Have you been checked for cataracts? It's not the "normal" way they form but it does happen. In the space of 3 days my BIL could barely see. Good luck
Mine is a little different the vision gets blurry then goes black for 5-10 minutes then is blurry and it clears. I have MRI, eye exams, ultrasounds, just last week they scanned my head after not taking my blood pressure meds just to see if blood pressure is swelling anything in my head, nope. It appears that it is not something that is going to kill me but I really want my eye to work.
Cell Cam rant update: About a week ago, I was ranting on my new stealth cam fusion x. The card reader always read the card as full. Emails did not get me anywhere. Yesterday, I finally had time to call. Waited 25 minutes before I got a rep. Then that person only gets your basic complaint and forwards your call. This put my call time at 12:15. Waited 45 minutes-at the stroke of 1 PM I was through. They must not overlap lunchtime as that time is just too perfect. By this time I am on the road to go hunting. Had to pull over to take the call. Spent another 15 minutes trying this, that, and the other thing. First they try to tell me that my card is corrupt and ask if I have another card with me. I did. Same process with same results. Then it was do you have extra batteries. Nope but already tried 2 new sets. Finally agrees the cam is defective. Sent me s form to fill out and then I can send it back. Hopefully, I get a Fusion X back. Warranty page says they can exchange for a similar item. Stealth cam is owned by GSM Outdoors. That means anyone who has a Muddy brand cam will be dealing with the same people. If you have a wireless cam, you can call the following number and skip the main switchboard (thank you Melissa for giving me this number in case the call didn't transfer) 888 508-5922
Sounds like what they call a floater but the eye doc would normally see something in your eye. Must be a treat driving when that happens.
Imposter syndrome...got a promotion, effective 12/1. Don't know why I feel guilty about a promotion...but I do.
Thanks. I did better than ok on the raise...the expectations also will be higher... Maybe that's the part that concerns me most.
