Noodles, you know how your wife is about TP? While my bacon was frying I went to quick brush my teeth, my wife was standing right there waiting on toast and ignored the bacon that was slightly over done.

    LOL.

Air fryers were made for bacon.
Seriously, cooks it perfect with no splatter and doesn't stink up the whole house.

...and now everyone wants to throat punch me.

It was one of those moments when I realized I have been up for 3 hours and had not brushed my teeth. I am weird when having tomatoes and bacon I want the bacon cold so I had time, it was my mistake to trust the wife to watch the bacon. Hell if I want bacon I always make twice the amount I want because even if I am making bacon for a recipe my wife will steal bacon, she passed that to my daughter, notorious bacon thieves.

Better do it soon I hear from local producers bacon will soon be $11-$12 per pound. Wife deals in selling beef for our old vet getting cattle processed is a nightmare they are all booked till next spring, this is without the venison serge.

Last I heard, that was supposed to be for CA due to their stupid law set to go in effect. Was supposed to make it cheaper for the rest of us because so much of the total pork consumption is in CA and so few of the hog farms meet their criteria so would be a surplus for the rest of us.

I won't buy bacon in that case, I'll buy me a few pork bellies and make my own. Cut out the middle man and 60% of the cost.

Knocked out the truck yesterday so today thought I would tinker with the 4 wheeler. Had the oil, spark plug changed and carb rebuilt at highway robbery price 2 years ago. Didn't fix the flat spot in the throttle. Rebuilt the carb myself last Summer and it ran like a champ. Until deer season, developed the flat spot again and then one cold day would not start when I wanted to load it up and bring it home, would only crank.

Moved the 4 wheeler this past Summer and when I moved it back forgot to plug the battery tender back in. battery dead, figured it was kaput.

Drained a large pickle jar of gas from the tank, no water in it. Would have explained not starting in the freezing temps if water was in the line. Was kind of disappointed actually, such an easy and quick fix if it did have. Installed an inline filter finally and got it started with the pull rope. Ran like a champ again. Took it up and down the alley a few times, backed the idle off a bit and took it down the alley a few more times. Got it back and the battery had taken a charge. Have the smart charger on it now, analyzed it as still good so we'll see if it takes a full charge.

Also curious to see if the flat spot comes back. Going to put a couple ounces of Sta-Bil in it and hope for the best. Pisses me off when it runs so good when I don't need it, but as soon as I'm ready to take it out it starts acting up.

We buy direct from Grundfos buy their bowls and impellers but we retrofit their components with a bearing material nobody else in the industry has. We buy at .45 of list price but no access to other ground water components. My dad was retrofitting Grunfos pumps with teflon before Grundfos was, we all have been to corporate in Denmark, pretty cool company.

    Damn you

I initially bought some Heet, then did some google fu and a lot of ATV owners preferred Sta-Bil so bought some of that. Now this Startron hits  at least the first two were cheap enough. Now to check on this other stuff.....
