Well I had to pay $64 plus tax to get a new husquvarna 20" bar, and I have 4 sharp chains. I probably won't hate cutting so much now that I have a decent cutting saw.
I have had similar thing happen. The door opened far enough for me to get out but I had a head of steam and the door hit the kong, door came to a dead stop but my head kept going forward. About knocked myself out.
speaking of dog related rants, I came on here to rant about coming home from work and getting hit in the face by the smell of sick dog poop... why is it when your dog gets sick and craps in the house it's always on the carpet? My house is 75% hard surface floors and the sumbitch had to let it go in the carpeted hallway. That's twice in a month, too...he's 100% housetrained so it's not that. He's getting older, I hope there's nothing wrong with him.
When the boss says "its an easy job". There is never anything good that comes out of it. Boss asked me to remove the jamb on an exterior garage to house door. Mind you this house closes at the end of the week. Reason for removing the current jamb, was the incorrect swing on the door. Now you would think he'd find the correct jamb.... Nope he sends me with the incorrect jamb (Same as one that was installed) then decides not to answer my calls and left me to having to run all the way back to the shop in hoping of finding the correct jamb. Luckily I found one but wasted 2 hours in the process...
Got into my truck to leave for work this morning, shut the doors and fired it up. AC was still on so turned the blower down, put it in reverse and as I was starting to back out I had this weird taste sensation and felt as if my eyes were burning. Rolled down the windows freaking out, but still unsure if it was just being tired or was the first sign of losing taste and smell due to Covid. Got about a block down the road and rolled the windows back up and none the worse. Thought about it for a bit and the closest trhing I could think of to what I experienced was a coolant leak from a heater core going out, you know, when it used to leak out into the passenger floorboard. It went away so chalked it up to bizarreness. Fast forward to lunch, same thing happened when I got into the truck, this time I knew something was amiss, but still unsure what. Rolled the windows down and continued on, keeping a close eye on the temp gauge. Never moved past where it normally is and the smell went away. Got in line at Sonic and got my phone out while I waited, change from my pocket dropped down between the seat and door. Reached down to find what I could and grabbed a quarter and found the carpet to be wet. Hopped out and opened the rear door to find a 1/3 bottle of Rain X windshield washer fluid had tipped over and was leaking. Glad I figured it out, but annoying until it finally evaporates
Listen I ran nothing but Stihl on fire that was our saw 044's BWCAW blow down in 1999 and cut on burn units to eliminate fuel for 5 years after that. It took Stihl a while to figure out compression release. Restarting a hot 044 with no compression release and gloves on sucked.
Yeah I'm taking the day off because of the rain. Time to catch up on office work, i guess. But the good side. It's first day of school for my kids, so get to put them on the bus. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
This is a pic of reactor cooling towers... That's water vapor, from secondary cooling.. Not CO2. For a company of really smart people, not sure who missed this...
The number of med students whom walk into doors is astounding. I think I will be my own doctor as I get older. Is there bone sticking out? Walk it off. Bleeding? Rub some dirt on it. Upset stomach? Accept the fact that you are too old for Taco Bell.
I like that for sure. I’ve looked at a couple Legions but I can’t pry the money away from my bowhunting habits! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
