Yea...that isn't very morale building now is it? A job like a CNC operator should have multiple work up pay levels. It sounds to me like they are so desperate to get new operators into the business and trained that they are offering them a pretty high starting wage...and trying to be cheap at the same time and not offer their veteran employees a pay incentive. Like someone said above, if they are going to offer a higher wage to get new employees in the door then they need to apply it across the entire pay scale so they don't create the exact issue you're talking about. Best of luck. I'd be ranting as well.
On hold with stealth cam support for 25 minutes. Finally get to talk to a very nice yet very unhelpful lady who informs me she cannot troubleshoot a fusion camera and will need to connect me to the cellular support staff. She then tells me that they are getting a high call volume, so it may be a 30 minute wait...or more. I never saw an option on the web site for cellular support, but maybe I missed it. Nothing is simple these days. Sent from my SM-G781V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
The yellow jackets that got me the other day just blew up poor AJ today and I couldn't help him other than to yell run A. J...but then he ran toward me so we both looked like nut jobs screaming across the yard. . I managed to get indoors before getting stung but they where on A j. and I couldn't get him in the house. He has been itching and sleeping all afternoon he looks so sad
I took a humming bird feeder down yesterday because the dang bees took it over. I waited till the feeder had no visible bees on it, put the feeder in the garage. While later went in the garage and their were over a dozen in the garage, I opened the overhead door and they left, never got stung. I also had a nest under my AC unit never got stung when I mowed right by their entrance, that nest got nuked.
If they kept everything simple, that would make too much sense. Sucks you had to go through all that. Hope you got the answers you needed.
Well not really. I did find out that, no, fusions do not have a triggered video option, but I did not talk to the cellular support staff bc of the additional wait time. At that point I was waiting on my company's support rep to get back to me about my corporate lap top that decided to take a sh!t earlier, so I just threw up my hands. I fixed the lap top without support that never called me back. Good times. Sent from my SM-G781V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Nothing wrong with fixing stuff yourself! Makes everything a whole lot easier when you don't have to depend on someone else. That sucks though that they couldn't bump you in line since they failed to differentiate the calls based on the cameras.
Sales people that simply answer the phone and do not have the intentional fortitude to negotiate. Don't come complaining to me and say we lost an order because the customer will not agree to our sales terms with proposing a counter offer the customer will accept. 10 ply soft grow a set and do your job like you mean it.
I'm lucky here, no bees at the hummingbird feeder but a lot of hummingbirds right now. Sent from my SM-G981U using Tapatalk
Friggin’ heat advisory here tomorrow. Too close to hunting season, cool it down already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Took the family to Lego Land last Friday and see they have beer at the park. Thinking I might have 1 or 2 I get in line. Looked at the price $16.00 for a 16oz Coors Light. Needless to say I’m glad we brought water with us. I’m never that thirsty for a beer.
There was a recent study released that said for every hot dog you eat it takes 36 minutes off your life, looks like Joey Chestnut has been dead for 10 years.
I should have known, last night get home wife is in a good mood, she took the cover off the pontoon had the cooler packed told me to change into shorts because it is a beautiful night to be on the lake. I love my wife, I love my grandson but do we really need bunkbeds with drawers and a slide to get down from the top bunk?
As a parent who wishes my kids wanted to go to the grandparents house, I can tell you that your wife is right on this one. You will never regret keeping your home a place your grandkids want to visit. My kids no longer want to visit my in-law's at their house because they are dysfunctional hoarders and the property is a disaster inside and outside. It is sad, heart-breaking, and frankly a waste of my kids childhood. Let your wife have this one, it will pay off in the years to come.
