If one can not get past punctuation in the reading of another's thoughts ,to understand the point, just stop reading. No s t(typed most) on here can get past this devises re-writes to get to points.. Punctuation shouldn't be an issue in anyone's post...Lol

Years of it,you should see my x-rays. Best thing I ever discovered, sit ups on an exercise ball. I don't know what they call it but, lying flat on your stomach then pushing up with your arms.

No, you don't push your entire body up, I think they may be called back extensions? You only lift your shoulders and chest, stomach remains flat on "floor".

Nothing to be sorry about, just mentioning losses to cancer then stating your dipping because of BP and ending with a lower rate of common sense being prevalent,well.....
I'm a bit conscious of the irony due to a father that started with mouth cancer and then died of pancreatic, all due to tobacco.

P.S. consider your intake of citrus, calcium, garlic,Tabasco or hot peppers, cinnamon, and cardamom. All these help to lower BP.

Seals help with my thoracic pain, losing weight helped more. This is some new flavor of lumbar hell...

Earlier this year was sciatica down to my shin/knee but at present is just below the belt line. Airplanes helped with the sciatica, but not helping here... Possible the cause (spur or something) has worsened or the disk has said no más...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, sciatica pain that travels down the leg is often indicative of a low disk issue. It is possible that it is just a really tight psoas pulling the spine out of alignment and adding pressure to the disks. It is worth getting checked out and maybe doing some PT before you head to Montana.

People who do not read. I am not mocking people with a true learning disability that makes it difficult to read. I am complaining about those have the normal ability to do so and do not because they are too lazy to read. Those people cause me far too much unnecessary work.

(Us that) I wrote It was the devise , I fixed it. When I write something then later write something with just a few common letters, it (I n sheets ) I wrote inserts the previous word. When I go to fix these issues I tap on the problem and what comes up in the word bar is exactly what I had originally( wrote) written and correctly I may add. If you only knew what I actually catch and correct before sending. (Us, us) Ya, ya my stubbornness won't allow me to buy a new( sec Dr) devise
The above gives you an idea. It really ticked me off that the new replacement for this is shot because of a bad charging port, A holes.

You know it's a crappy week (only Tuesday) when you are looking forward to heading to the airport Sunday morning, I will be out of the office all next week. Oh sure I will get bombarded with calls and e-mails but not being in the office helps.

704--after 2 major back surgeries and years of pain I feel almost an expert, Sciatica pain is nothing to kid about, if left unchecked it will lead to flop[ping feet, which is no feeling at all in your legs and feet, non reversible by the way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sciatica is caused by nerves being pinched in between veribrae, < This continues it also can lead to poralisis !! Get to a spine professional now !

You told me about this last year and it really helped. I was sitting in my office talking to people on more than one occasion when this horrible pain traveled down my left leg. It stopped me in my tracks and I believe if it had gotten any worse I probably would have been put to my knees. Stretched by butt muscles..lol. made a huge difference and the pain has not returned. Ty Cantexian!
