I'm literally the only one in my immediate family, up to grand parents, that has never needed glasses. I'm getting eye insurance when enrollment opens in October. I can see fine, but every now and again text on the TV is blurred. I 100 % blame it on my phone, be it blue light or not. It's most notable after I've been on my hpone and put it down for awhile. It eventually subsides, but happens often enough I know it is causing permanent damage.
Trust me reading glasses are the least of your concerns.... Just wait lots of ailments will be popping up.
left my docking station for my work laptop at work. Now I have to decide if it's worth going in to the office to grab it or if I just suck it up and type on this teeny tiny laptop with its single teeny tiny screen. ....dammit. Heading in to the office.
I have 2 laptops for work 1 is my apple the other is a think pad, I hate it when I have to break out the think pad.
Besides the little herd in the house. We have 3 outside cats. This morning Atticus came back form the neighbor's yard with a mouse. That guy really likes him cause he kills a lot of mice in his yard. The neighbors across the road like both Atticus and Buddy. We had to keep them both in the garage for a couple days a couple months back. 2nd day Kevin was over wondering if Buddy was okay since he hadn't seen them. We finally caught the female cat and got her fixed and got a rabies shot for her. Was a little blood involved. Mostly mine. She doesn't like to be picked up. So no more kittens. We keep them up to date on rabies shots. We have litter boxes for them outside to try to keep them from pooping in the other's yard. So far the all neighbors seem to enjoy them as much as we do. My one rule is if we keep a cat, it gets fixed and shots. We do our best to be responsible so the neighbors don't have to put up with a problem.
Wish there where more like you...here we have strays dropped off a 'll over then the neighbors feed them. That's it, they feed them. So you have cats screaming at night, I've been attacked twice getting bails out of the barn. ****e and w or as young allover...and kitten s. This bring s in and feeds the local predators. Fox,coyote population and flying one's as well.. One older neighbor had 17 they fed and the one above us has 7 . They routinely call or text to ask if I've seen their cats...
Our little village is a drop off too. There was a couple that were feeding about 20 of them. Then they moved and left the cats. Now they moved back and are feeding the wild cats again bringing more to town. We feed our outside cats at night when we put them in for the night to keep other cats from hanging around. Buddy runs off any stray that comes into the yard, That helps but he gets the cr@p beat out of him once in a while. When that happens, I get the live trap out and take care of the problem. I hate to do it but vet bills get expensive fast plus the time it takes to get him to the vet.
The neighbor lady at the bar is the one feeding the cats. At times there are over 20 of them. There is also a couple of run down properties next to her where no one lives except wild cats. I thought the township was going to call someone in to remove the cats but it doesn't look like it happened. I have actual trails, like deer trails made by cats, through my lawn going to various places on my property. The most prominent one leads to my dumpster. A lot of the cats look weird and stunted possibly from inbreeding. They crap all over, in the pine needles the horseshoe pits etc. I don't like it when my dog gets one because I don't want him to get disease from it. Plus, then I have to dispose of the body. There was a car killed cat in front of the bar one time and a bald eagle claimed it and flew off with it. I wish he'd come back and bring a few friends. For the record, I like cats and think people should own them and take care of them. They should not be abandoned. Sent from my SM-G981U using Tapatalk
I have a rant.... after buying a new grill and enjoying some really great meals from it, I am seeing commercials that are pushing plant based meat replacements. Yuuuck!! No thanks, I'll stick with real meat. That is all. Sent from my SM-G981U using Tapatalk
All I'm hearing is you have a feral cat problem and folks are searching for alternative meat. This may be the Woodford Reserve talking but I think those vegans aren't too far off from Soylent Green here before too long.
Small town of maybe 45 people. Use to have 2 bars, 1 cafe /bar, 2 churches, elevator and post office. Now just a post office and 1 church. Gravel streets.
Thursday morning going thru town and I see a little black kitten in the street, I slowed down and went around I did not stop I saw the kitten and figured it would not end well for the kitten but no way in hell was I stopping because I knew what would happen.
