So I went back and watched when they first pulled up. Passed up the house they were visiting, backed up out of view and then pulled back uo to where car sits now(and in pics). You can see her put it in park, then he makes some movement and it looks like she reaches up and turns the ignition off, then movement is obscured but looks like a reach to the glove box. Afterwards he gets out and after a moment heads to the visiting house and she stays at the car and starts searching. Have my 9mm at my side, but not sure this is my case to crack. I just want to call a tow truck for an abandoned car.
I just became the ******* and called them in as suspicious activity. If you can't find your keys in 4 hours, they ain't there.
So the cops show up as they are in the car, they see the cops and head to the house. I'm going to have to rewatch this. Looked like both officees walked up to the house and sat for a second, then the stranded car took off, was gone when loop came back around. Then cops took off, then one backed back up with a side light aimed at neighbors house and sat the for a minute. Then took off. Found their keys pretty damned quick.
I'm going to do a dual screen on this one tomorrow. I'm just glad they're gone, hoping they fled and caught another charge.
Somehow Oklahoma has traded Oregon weather. It has rained everyday since Friday. We always need the rain but my roofing schedule is five kinds of whackadoodle. Its going to be a few weeks before the ground dries out, if I step off the path out in the garden I would sink up to my knees. Two more days of rain and a high of 82° for the Fourth so not all bad.
They lost their dope, not their keys. Or even more likely yet they boyfriend stole the dope and let the GF think she lost it?? Either way good riddance
Wow. That is worse than signing you up for the jelly of the month club, you weren't planning on getting a pool were you?
