Not sure if Canada still does this since it continues to become more and more leftist stupid, but, when I was a kid Good Friday and Easter Monday used to both be national holidays. A four day weekend during that time of year was always great.
as a Midwest kid growing up in the 80s, our Spring Break always started on Good Friday then went thru the following week. Sometime around when I went to college they moved it up so that Easter Sunday was in effect the last day of Spring Break. But it was just a local thing, not a national banking holiday or anything. As an adult, that stretch of no holidays from mid February- Memorial Day seems to take forever. I realize how whiny this sounds especially to the self employed; but hey it's the Rant Thread. Don't wanna hear people complain then go over to the BTIL thread.
I hide the regular gas out in the shed, boat gas is clearly visible in the garage. I am going to have to be the boat driver simply can not trust inexperience/drunkeness with other boats on the lake.

There are not enough hours in a weekend !!!!! Between work, the house projects, yard work, doing stuff for mom and trying to keep our grown kids happy with our busy schedule... this has been one heck of a year so far. They say when you get older you get to slow down. They f-ing lied !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do have to say it went well this weekend, my Son made sure everything was put away even the coolers are empty. They all left before noon that was a bonus.

Well damn it I had to make the appointment, going to be medicated for the first time at age 55. The damn blood pressure will not go down and it sucks.
Do what Doc says BUT start asking question AND do your own research. Certain supplements ,vitamins/ minerals can help reduce BP. Also cutting certain foods. I'm now off meds with weight loss and supplements. Dr. Appt. Wednesday so will see how that's going.
