No chatbot online either... 1) in this day, I don't see why a call center, even if they switch to auto response or chatbot for basic questions or service functions, aren't available 7x24...and staffed 5x8. 2) if you have wait times of an hr, you either need more staff or a 'we'll call you back' feature.
