    Working in corporate wellness on the day of the employee benefits fair. Just turns into a complaint fest for people who aren’t happy with the benefits. Bunch of entitled whiners just wanting to walkaround collecting a bag full of stupid free trinkets then getting mad when you run out.

    I'm not sure it's a matter of not knowing, rather than a convenience thing. We have 2 daughters with hockey practice every night and usually after 8pm before we get home - no one is willing to wait 30 minutes to peel and boil potatoes - especially since the quality of instant has gotten quite a bit better over the years.

    Jay you are probably right, I was extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule and usually had supper ready so the kids ate before they had to go off for activities. I forget about that hectic time in life.

    Or, they are 100 lb overweight, smoke a couple packs-a-day, diabetics who can't figure out why insurance premiums have doubled over the last three years.
