lmao Cold pizza is a different story. I made a home made deep dish venison pizza Sunday, made the dough, the sauce, baked in a large deep cast iron skillet..... damn it was good.

So, as I have mention in the past, my company plans to close the doors in 2023. Since this is a phase out process, lines will shut down as we approach that time. So far, the company has not said much about which lines and at what timing. That has caused some consternation in my department. The 3 others I work with are at least 10 years younger than me. They absolutely will need to find other jobs at some point. Last year we shrank from 5 down to the current 4-there used to be 7 of us. One of my coworkers has put in notice. Now the **** storm is here. We simply can not absorb that work load between 2 of us. (the 3rd has already been given extra duties) Coincidentally, at least 2 of us were "invited" to meet with the plant manager and HR to discuss a retention "opportunity" for which we have been identified for participation. This ought to be interesting.
So winter has reared it's snowy cold head again. 5" shoveled off drive yesterday, 2" shoveled today and still snowing. This won't turn into a rant until . ...it doesn't stop for a few days.
That would likely be amazing, I actually added some homemade pork sausage. I did half sausage and half straight uncut ground venison. I also added some mushrooms to both the sauce and the pie. Dont skimp on the cheese, get the good mozzarella and slice it nice and thick. The sauce is touch spicy when following the recipe, I found it was perfect for my liking but if anyone at your table doesn't like spice cut back the red pepper a bit.
