My wife kept insisting that there was still ice in the drain. So she poured about a quart if hot water down it. Yeah, there was a mess. I was suprised by how close the tube was to the pan. Maybe 1/16". Dust and dog hair caked around it was ultimately the problem. And 5 years on the microwave is about average. So just buy the cheapest one in the wattage size you want.
Is the drain tube on that fridge 16” or longer? If not you probably ought to load it on the boat and lose it in a fishing accident. ATF has been off the rails lately. I’d hate to see you get locked up because they reclassified that as a short barreled refrigerator.
Just watched a Sun Country airlines commercial encouraging people to travel to Mexico to enjoy a winter get away, are you kidding me?
Well, the drain plug froze up again. I ordered an extender piece or the heating element that is supposed keep the ice from building up. This is extender is supposed to go all the way into the drain plug. Hopefully that is all it is. I will melt the ice out again once the extender comes in. Insert your naughty jokes here.
Like tacklebox mentioned, he blew out the line. I thought I had fully thawed the line...the first time...but it wasn't till the second time I was successful Goodluck!
These unprecedented times. Social distancing. We are all in this together. 6 feet. These trying times. 6 feet! Wear your mask. These turbulent times. Social distancing please. We are covid strong.
I want to preface this by saying I was born and raised in Minnesota we have garter snakes, and pine snakes, no poisonious snakes. I was doing some clean up at my parents this morning removing dead growth and pruning, when a big black snake came out of the shrubs he was about 4' long. I did not scream like a woman but I was not sticking around.
My favorite snake is the black racer. They like to lift their heads up and look over the top of the grass when they are moving and they are almost as fast as a zero-turn mower and pretty agile so they make for a challenging target while mowing the lawn.
Game 2 of only being able to watch my daughter play her senior year bball. And the streaming site isnt working.....great
I am starting to miss 2020. A drunk driver took out my youngest daughter's car last night. Thank God it was parked along the street and she wasn't in it !! Car is probably totaled. The cops did catch the guy. Hopefully the guy has insurance. Since the car is still mine and the daughter is going to college, the wife came up with a great idea. We will give her the wife's car ( 2019 ) because the wife doesn't like it. We can then buy the wife a new car. This damn drunk driver is going to put me in the poor house !!!
Dr says there is no such thing as a relapse of lymes. I just got out of bed I went to bed yesterday at 4 pm freezing cold and sore as hell. slept 14 hours I don't sleep that long in 3 nights. This is the 3rd episode of this since last summer.
Interesting, I've talked to several people that have said they've had flair ups of Lymes long after being treated. I have no idea, I have not been infected with it yet.
You might want to tell your Dr. To read a few medical journals. It's a bacteria that attacks the nervous system. The damage depends on the dyration and person. Thus any recovery does as well. They can't pin point why some fully recover and others don't yet,but it's real.
@cantexian I had same fridge problem...new heating element didn't do any good. Blowing out line unsuccessful. Hot water unsuccessful. I am relegated to pulling out the bottom drawer and scraping out the ice once a week. Really pisses me off as otherwise I like the fridge and it works fine. For now, that weekly chore is worth not spending $$1200.
