People who feel they have to 'contribute' on everything...worse when they have no understanding... Or as I call it, the "every dog needs to pee on the fence post" syndrome.
That's OK. I just found out a person I have for weeks been exchanging emails with from work named "Kim" is a dude. And he's got an Anglo last name so it's not like I would have assumed he was Korean. And he really is a dude, not just a woman who thinks she's a dude. It's like his parents just decided, let's F with everyone and name our son Kimberly.
I just got a mailing addressed to Mr (my first name) (my wife's maiden name). Talk about emasculating.
How does that even happen? Perhaps your wife put your name on a list as such? Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
When we first got married, my wife was in the NG but very short time so she kept her maiden for awhile because it would have been a PITA for her to change it while still in. Before my wife changed her name, we bought a house using her VA bennies. Guessing the title or loan company sold our info and the rest is herstory.
Not a rant, but not a best thing in life There are no coincidences. This a.m. I saved a little finch badly tangled in my bird netting. Then I get home from shopping and see a swarm of yellow jackets active around the Gator cover I stored on the porch. . Hubby sees a tore up hive protruding from the cover. Mind you I had planned on clearing off the porch in morning. While I was gone a raccoon had come in,I assume, and tore that nest up to eat the bees. That or a skunk. One good deed brought about another...lol. So will be spaying tonight...lucked out big time!!!! It was a big hive we never noticed. This is a fall has started sign,my absolute worst time for bee encounters.
Do you have any idea how much shipping charges are for two rigid paddle boards? I could have driven pretty good distance to pick them up.
See that look on my face to the left that is the look I have on my face. I suppose I could have volunteered to drive down and pick them up had I know that paddle boards were ordered. Frustrating.
Go into a place to get my youngest some food. Three out of the four food people were wearing the masks right. The fourth, a land whale, had the mask below her nose making sandwiches. Nothing we do will make any damn difference. I swear. Half of me doesn't like her, the other half is who gives a darn because no one else follows any rules. 2020 is the worst.
I get onsite at 8... Crew gets here at 915 I think I'm golden then the GC comes in and says hey I'm going to rip up the floor while you are here. We should have you out of here by 2. I'll be home just in time to punch in for tomorrow shift
Probably less than the 20’ canoe I got a few years ago. I was home when it arrived. I assumed it would come on a freight truck but nope, they sent it on a regular old brown ups truck. I was about to walk out and help the guy unload it but I glanced out the window and saw he was already stomping around, cussing, and throwing a fit and the canoe was only about a foot out of the door so I decided it was probably best if I stayed out of sight. Watching the poor guy trying to get a 3’wide canoe out of the 2’ wide door and the subsequent meltdown was one of the funniest things I had seen in a while.
