Deep down I've wanted to turn the tables on clients like this with some early morning (tit for tat) calls/responses...as I usually am up before 5am. Though I think it's generally worse when it is something significant and substantially f-ed up...and that call/text/email/IM comes late in the day... ...but this is the glamorous IT life that pays for our hobbies. Cheers!
Yeah IT support is a thankless job. When things are going good most don't say a thing when things are going bad you suck even when it was self inflicted by the client.
I should have a huge rant this morning. Had a rather stressful week at work, my wife came home and suggested we go boating. We were motoring along all was well till I heard a pop and the motor quit running. The gas hose popped off and the motor died I put the hose back on and then flooded the motor. We got towed to the dock and the guy towing me was going a little fast I had to crawl out on the bow to keep from hitting a boat sitting at the landing. Yeah I slipped and went in the water, yeah my phone was in my pocket. I turned the phone on this morning and the damn thing works.
I do not know how my wife did not bust out laughing, we did have a pretty good laugh about it this morning.
Susan Rice is on abc news lying to the American people about what they love to call a travel ban, it is no to the US travel without in depth vetting, not a ban at all just an additional level of security to go thru. It is couscous effort by the media to outright lie to pander to and manipulate the public.
Don't know how people do it. I am in New England this week. I flew in to Boston last night and had a meeting north of Boston at 8 this morning. The meeting was 25 miles from my hotel, my local rep picked me up at 6:00 sharp we got to the meeting with 5 minutes to spare. After the meeting we had to go back thru Boston mid afternoon. I could not live like that with traffic like that.

Parents that don't bring their kids to tball games and practices. Went from 11 to 6 kids. Way to teach your kids to finish what they started and rob them of their development Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
When making vacation plans, if North Korea even enters your mind as a remote possibility of potential locations...you should check yourself into a facility somewhere. that is one of the worst ideas in the long history of bad ideas.
Now that struck a nerve. I'm coaching my daughters 10u recreation softball team, 13 girls. They play on Tue & Thur nights. Before games starting being played, I scheduled as many practices on those same nights as I could. Then once games started, since my daughter is also on a tournament team that of course practices more, I tell all the parents I am making myself available to give their daughters extra practice time since I will be at the fields anyway. I could have just sat and watched my daughter and shoot the **** with other parents. First night, 2 girls show, 4 the second time. And they are not the girls who could use the most practice, they have actually put in time on their own.
Nice of you to make the offer, but how good of a softball player they want to be is kind of their decision, isn't it? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
When you join something as a team you are counted on to participate. If everyone just shows up when they want then why even sign up in the first place. Show up if you sign up Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
