Don't be throwing all us east coasters under the bus....I'll let the other two go as I'm neither mommas boy nor Italian
Do tell, that may add to the job. I was not planning on doing that. But, it is so hot in Arkansas, the attic is often 70 in the winter and 120+ in the summer. I would think in moisture would be well dried out from that alone.
Who ever came up that should have been draw and quartered. Same goes for anyone that though pressed panel board looks good.
"Free" online tax preparation companies. Long story short-my kid lost his W-2's. Just got the replacements. He qualifies for free filing. Get all the way through including all the reviews-done twice in this case. Go to file and get "blah blah, paid excess social security tax, XXX basic doesn't cover this, upgrade to......the cost to efile with that upgrade? $110 F you! That should have been noted at the time the alerts were run. Not just before you plan to hit the submit button!
And I get that, not harshing on Easterners unless you come to Oklahoma and act better than everyone here bc you're not from here. And acting Italian bc you think you're a quido but really just being a total mommas boy
I said pumps plural. They kept up but just. After last Novembers tropical storm and getting my hunting trip cut short by a basement full of water and a wife about to call a divorce attorney; I got 2 new pumps plus a battery back up.
When we built our house, my contractor dug up the top soil and maybe a foot of sand. My footings are at most 18 inches below normal ground level. Our sump pump was pumping every 4-5 minutes last year. We were down to twice an hour before this rain. I can't fathom having to have multiple pumps running.
A-holes from the Cities. Guy comes and looks at the place, says the house is too small and the price is too high and offered us $7,000 less than asking price and said he would pay cash. over 12 showings scheduled in two days I believe that our asking price is very reasonable. Bend your junk over and go fornicate with yourself.
Yeah, no. Unless you have good ventilation, you don't want a bunch of humidity under the roof (condensation >mold). If you have an attic above, you can run a line to a vent on the side on the hous, with a flaplike a dryer vent. Or through the roof (I refer you to OkieBob, .or the eaves.
Arugula. I can't get enough... And whenever somebody reacts they don't know what arugula is, I feel like an east coast, Italian, mommas boy.
Did a little online creeping, the guy is a developer. Sherburne county does not need another developer cutting up a property for a profit. Sorry I will take less to keep it out of the hands of a land whore.
