And speaking of real estate.. The wife is on a quest to purchase more commercial property but only if its distressed. She knows a contractor that apparently likes to work for free and doesnt mind listening to her line of bs.
So yesterday as the poo truck emptied our septic tank my college-educated daughter who is way smarter than dad opens the garage door and house door and then wondered why the entire house smelled like poo. I informed here that truck in the driveway is filled with poo.
The longer all these COVID-19 restrictions remain in place the more we learn two things about our country; the 80/20 rule is real. About 20% of us are carrying the other 80% of the the citizens. And government on all the levels is even more woefully incompetent and useless the previously assumed.

When they make an offer, you tear it to bits by stating the "earnest" money will be 10% of the sales price. There will be no refund x number of days, make that 1 day, after inspection. She will run for the hills.

FIFY I can think of at least 4 players off the top of my head that I would say were better than Gretzky. And at least 2 of them are still playing. You want to talk about being best of their generation or era; Gretzky is the poster child of that. And I am old enough and a big enough hockey fan to remember him and how good he was- in that era.
