Well I just received the email that the already postponed Sturgill Simpson tour with Tyler Childers has been canceled. Ticketmaster will be issuing a refund, how much says it's just the value of the ticket and none of the fees associated with the tickets. The Hotel we booked with is not issuing a refund but a voucher for a future booking, I'm sure they will have blackout dates and they'll be on concert dates.
In my defense this is no ordinary house and the fact that it is 20-25 minutes away from my grandson is a huge factor, the lake has excellent water clarity as well.
Buy the place and then i'll pull my house up in the winter and Jake and I will come bug you. Sounds fun!
Fishing opener this weekend and the MN DNR is saying that we should only travel as far as a tank a gas for the round trip, bring supplies etc. Thing is I would bet 99% of those fishing on Saturday are going to buy bait. Sofa Kingdom.

Craigslist..... it used to be a worthwhile place to buy or sell certain things. Now 95% of the listings are scammers or email collectors or both. I need another quad but even the ones that appear to be legit listings (don't have a ridiculous low asking price / posted email for response etc) are turning out to be BS. Thought now might be a good time to buy with some folks needing to move things for financial reasons but dang.... Maybe I will just buy new
