They are usually too lean to process into any type of ground or sausage preparation - stir fry or sesame kitten would be a better option

Well decided to tell my wife something she had been doing wrong and now I'm hearing about everything I did wrong from this very moment back to our first date. And maybe now I understand these knuckleheads out protesting to reopen the country a little better, hell I might join them tomorrow but my sign is going to be honest.. "My wife needs to go back to work bc shes nucking futs"

You got yourself a keeper.... most of them do that spontaneously - yours only fires up after you hit the ignition.

I was just down in the basement fixing our dryer (simple swap out of some parts) but when I was done I had to wall myself in behind to get the vent hose hooked up... I of course tore it and needed a set of shears to even it out and keep it from unraveling.

Me: Honeyyyyyyyyy! Bring me the utility shears!
    Her: The what?
Me: I need the utility shears!
    Her: Why?
Me: What the hell do you mean why? Because I effing need them!
Her: Why do you need the shears to fix the dryer?
Me: Jezu&*^%$ Effing Ch*^$t! Because I am fixing your effing dryer and saving us $700 mothereffing dollars; and you feel the need to stand at the top of the godda*&% stairs and ask me why I need the shears ????!!!

Brings me the shears, staring daggers. Her (nastily): Oh. I didn't know you were stuck back there. You could have told me, and you didn't need to cop an attitude.

Then SHE storms up the stairs and goes to bed.

Something is getting pounded tonight...it's either her or this brand new bottle of Clyde's. (just kidding. It's the Clyde's.)

Life's biggest mystery- how women can't grasp the concept that the answer to any question of their spouse that begins with "Why..." is nearly always answered by doing what is requested...the answer almost always appears out of nowhere; completely self evident by the act itself.

that literally only took me 15 minutes; including tear down. It was putting that stupid assed vent hose on that went awry.

Exactly, it isn't the repair that takes the longest, it's the stupidest unexpected thing that makes it a nightmare in the end.

Eveything goes smooth and snap off a bolt tightening things back up, strip a thread, bust a wire and what have you

I can fix anything for a friend that is broke, no labor charge usually only costs the price of the part.

When it's mine it always costs double the initial price, or time, with all the crap that goes wrong.

I tried being smart by only asking my wife questions that could be answered with one or two words at most. Usually just yes or no questions. It never worked.

    Me: What time is supper?

Her: Well, first I have to go to the store for bla bla bla, then I have to stop at my sisters and bla bla bla then I'm going.......

    Me: (interrupting) What time?!

Her: Hey! You married me and it is your job to listen to me vent. This is how I vent!

Me: (total silence and glazed stare)

I forgot to rant about ticks. Monday I treated my dogs for the second month this spring for ticks. They have been prevalent since early March here. How about you guys?

My dog wears one of those seresto collars so its rare to find a tick on him and when I do occasionally find one it is always dead and unlatched. The only drawback is they're expensive as hell - like $50-60 bucks at tractor supply - but they work great and it does last 8 months. Thinking about getting one for myself - I got into some seed ticks last July and I don't want that to ever happen to me again.

Basically theyre 1,000's of microscopic baby ticks that cluster together on a leaf or blade of grass and if you happen to brush against it they all jump off onto you. They are so small you need a magnifying glass to see them and they're way to small to remove with tweezers. If you're lucky and realize you've got them within the first 6 hours or so then you can remove them by covering your body with duck tape and ripping it off over and over. But since they're too small to see, more than likely you won't realize you have them until they've already latched on and at that point you're screwed. Basically for the next week or 2 your whole body is covered with thousands of tick bites and you itch like you've never itched before. But the real torture is that you can't scratch the itches whatsoever because if you do you're going to end up scraping some of them off and those are going to promptly burrow into the skin under your fingernails. If that happens then you're really going to hate life for the next 2 weeks.

If you've never seen a herd of seed ticks, here ya go:

Each of those little brown specks dust is a seed tick. That's actually a relatively small infestation too, they usually invite a couple thousand of their siblings to the party.

The after effect of government mandates on the elderly in quarantine Healthcare centers. My mom has been a lockdown for the last 2 and 1/2 months. The governor mandated that all Health Centers make available two rooms for Covid transfers. My mom called me Monday and said she was told that they would be moving her to another room because of the mandate. She called me crying because they were going to change her life by taking away the security of a room she felt safe n and been paying 80 thousand a year for. Yesterday I called her and she said that they came in and told her she would not be moving because it was not going to be necessary . So she spent the last three days heartbroken that she was going to be moved for nothing. It's really sad that she had to go through this for no reason.
