The shale side was doomed way before this all started, the debt they carried was and is unsustainable. I would image that their parent company's are foaming out the mouth at this opportunity to dump that debt and buy up good cuts at a discount.
How to tell it's too dang cold! Hubby leaves for work after warming up the truck. A robin flies in and sits nearly flat on the warmer ground all fluffed up. Then allows me to walk up to him and drop a handful of old home fries right in front of him. He ate and when ground cooled he left.
Thank God we don't have black flies in my part of NC! Head out into the Adirondacks in April/May during the height of blackfly season and you get torn up.

I smacked my (not so funny) funny bone on the corner of some trim coming down steps last night... My god. When it happened it was one of those hold your breath, hold your elbow real hard, and just wince type of things. Today that sucker is so dang sore. Can barely extend my arm! Stupid not so funny funny bones.
Been there way to many times...and it doesn't take much of a "bump" to send that cattle prod pain shooting through your arm.
Cats... And one of the reasons I hate them... My youngest daughter's cat is on some med it won't take... I'd rather wrestle a cactus... Oh sorry, meant to say giving it its pill is like wrestling a cactus.
