I've suffer from mind blowing leg cramps for years. Hubby would just roll his eyes as I hobbled around the house screaming and crying. Some times up to 20 mins. He now gets them regularly.no more eye rolling from him, but I secretly smile. Yep going to Hell lol BTW. MAGNESIUM If I don't take it daily and drink at least a gallon of water a day I can count on cramps.
I mention to the wife yesterday that being off work is killing me. Working a lot harder off work than when I was hitting it every day for the pay check. But I will say that the place is looking great and I am down to hunting for something to do that doesn't require so much manual labor! BTW - finished off all my wood cutting for next winter the last couple of weeks. Got enough laid in maybe to last two years. It's hell to be 60 and think you can still do things like you did at 40. Aches, pains and Charley horses are the new normal for me these days! lol
Both are, but you don't need to be old, mine started at 40. Also friendly advise on how to help avoid them.
The secret formula is Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium. I can't recall the biochemistry, just that all 3 are key. Water also important. If/when I do a rigorous workout or project I do better with some electrolytes in the first quart or so of water. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Tapatalk
Can I substitute a gallon of beer instead of water? My wife is always taking all kinds of voodoo crap like minerals and oils and drinking lemon water with ginger, she is not exactly spry but her pee is a lot more expensive than mine.
I don't think I am the only one that deals with aches and pains, I just don't care about others aches and pains. Sure I can relate and emphasize but honestly what good does it do for another's pain?
I'm torn! I'm really really over this freezing at night ,mid 40's during the day and snow. I love the fact it has the Turkey's shut down now for our May 1st opener. Rest of week will stay the same with some rain and snow.
Had a sun shower yesterday around 5, not the kind of april showers that bring may flowers but a sun shower of snow. KMA mother nature.
