You don't have to hurt it-just catch it and turn it over to the animal shelter. You are doing yourself and probably your neighbor a favor.
Went to grab some breakfast this morning, haven't been in the truck since Wed. afternoon. Started it up and was instantly blasted with cold air. Air conditioner was still one. 87 degrees when I parked it, 36 degrees when I started it back up. Got down to 30 degrees overnight
We just call that Spring in Oklahoma.. lol. Start off with a jacket in the morning and running the AC by afternoon. Part of the reason the weather can be so volatile here in the spring, just add instability and a jet stream and viola! Dorothy is on her way to Oz.
Then I hope you can get the neighbor under control and he cares for his cat better. I had your attitude because they are kids pets. But after being hospitalized, actually arrested for false accusations,of child abuse of their kid!!! because I turned their animal in. Then I had to hire a lawyer that refused to send me a bill. Then their dogs killed my entire goat herd in one night. My attitude has changed. One and done. One of the less graphic of it returning the next morning. . All does and their kids scattered across paddock and the billy goats face torn off. Because I tried to be a good neighbor when it all started with my daughter sitting on the stoop trying to stitch the neck up on her chicken(it died) because I wouldn't shoot the dog I cried too...

Xbox has got to be the stupidest effing gaming platform out there. Wanted a 4k player figured I would get a compatible gaming system and have options. Stupidest decision I have ever made. Even with a disc you have to wait 2 hours for a game to download. 200mbps internet. Same if buying an online version. Finally get it downloaded then you have to create an account with that game to play it. Power down and power up log back into your Xbox account before playing anything you have purchased. Tomorrow I may post a video of how to deconstruct an Xbox with a hammer.
I agree. I had an original and then a 360 before that finally conked out years ago...those were great. Then the wife decided to buy a new One and it's garbage. Takes 20 minutes just to set up some Team Deathmatch.

Lawyer sent them a bill for $1800 yesterday. It's either pay that or face charges for trespass and vandalism. That and I told him one thing goes missing out there this year, no matter if he took it or not, it'll come out of his pocket.
It's time that NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME step up and put better Free movies up. Amazon has some great movies but want you to rent them..even the older ones. Netflix keep putting up things I watched years ago on Netflix as new. Give me a break!
