Currently have slate tiles on the house in town, not a very cost effective option. Personally, I'm a fan of the wood roof. You'll have a hard time convincing me that a better roof exists. The downside is the maintenance that comes along with them.
Well they they were spreading the virus on my watch, on my roof I would feel responsible for not breaking it up by spraying cold water on them. But if it was consensual and they are in a committed relationship I could care less
Week x+1 of working remote. My disdain for Microsoft products, specifically Teams is quickly moving to hatred.
Hmm... one of my customers actually did that exact same thing a few months ago. Went out and bought himself an old warehouse building to convert into apartments. Not only did the building he found already have a living roof, it had 3 rooftop fishing ponds to go with it.
87 in Little Rock yesterday. If there is an upside to an early summer, supposedly the virus cannot survive on most surfaces if temps are above 80.
Well, I just tested at 97.7 an hour ago at the checkpoint to the hospital. I guess that makes me one of the cool kids. Back in the office for a half day for the first time since Monday.
No love for it at my job either! The audio is pretty good on teams meetings and that's about it. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Tornado outbreaks during a pandemic/stay at home order. Not looking good for my state tomorrow. Strong tornados and hail to 4-5" very possible for the north half of the state. Might even see a High risk issued should things continue to trend the way they are.
I got a basement and beer, power is my main concern. Have a small generator that I would have to use fornthe sump pump, it's been running frequently with all the rain of late. Possibility of 2-3" of rain yet to come starting tonight.
My carpal tunnel hasn't flared in years. The last time my orthopedist screamed. Really screamed at me about behaving or going under the knife then slapped a cast on me for 6 weeks. Hand dug 5 holes for the hoop house walls today. Holy cow I have what feels like a giant earache from my palm to my elbow in my left arm and numb and tingling in right. So garden has more red and grey clay and rocks than I thought.
Think you could get the DNR to stock them ponds? Yeah that is a total tear-off, deck and build up. Fun project.
