Holy crap man, good to know I'm not the only one.. It seems like every home project I've ever taken on, now I wait for the wife to go out of town to do stuff. #5 is solid gold.
E-bay allowing sellers to charge sales tax, they are not submitting the sales taxes collected to the state the product was shipped to or the state it was sold in.
not really a rant; but I wonder how many households will realize they don't really need to be 2-income families after all this? How nice it is to have a "house manager" home every day... While both my wife and I are "essential" we are being encouraged to telework as much as possible. We are getting so much little s41t done around the house it isn't funny. Too bad the weather is more January than March right now though. Next week isn't going to be much better. I would love to tackle the shed....not to mention my boat. While neither one of us is going to quit right away; I can tell you I probably moved my retire date window from 13 years out to 10; especially if the 401k bounces back like I am anticipating. Wife would be eligible 4 years after that.
So I was going thru the channels and saw what I thought was a nascar race for a minute, only to learn it was an e-race, and there were commentaters. FOX what ever it was was broadcasting racers playing a video game. I new it wasn't real because Dale was in the lead. I thought this is pathetic who watches people play video games? Then I went to a boating website I frequent and they had a race day chat going on like it was a real race, I don't get that do people really want to watch somebody play a video game?
Not just you. If I asked mine to put her finger here (to finish making a bow), she would ask why or want to know the whole process before putting her finger there. Takes longer to explain to her than doing the job. Would be nice if men had an extra hand or 2.
well, yeah but then we wouldn't need them for much at all. As to the underlined part...I'll never get that. No matter how many times I say "just do it and you'll understand why" she still needs a dissertation
People have literally made millions on YouTube from ppl watching them play video games. Guess forgot to add the point if there was one. And that is, yes ppl really do watch people play video games. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
What’s even more messed up is that some colleges are giving scholarships for people to play video games for the school. It’s now a thing at one of our local high schools as well. They just put in a state of the art gaming room or something. I was talking with someone the other day that was saying his 9 year old son was a sponsored Pokémon player.REALLY???? I was watching the rock skipping championship on ESPN2 yesterday. I never realized there was such a thing, and after catching the final 15 minutes of it I realized why I'd never heard of it. After that they switched over to cup stacking championship, I changed channels.
I guess it will be something I just don't get I went by ESPN yesterday and they were showing a bratwurst eating contest I did not linger.
Gov. Walz needs to just not lock down the state till Friday. Wash machine is supposed to be delivered Thursday. The wash machine is the last thing we need to be back to "normal"
Minnesota has a professional eSports team. they play video games professionally. Pretty sure Ziggy owns the company.
If it's anything like the other "lockdowns" you should still get your delivery. Only thing actually shut down here that is not work from home, are things such as gyms, beauty parlors, pet groomers, spas and that's about it. Traffic this morning was the same as any other morning coming to work. After work traffic is what I will use to judge the effectiveness of it, but I'm not expecting much if any difference.
