Damn that is a strut, I have done front struts it is pretty straight forward. Do you have a floor jack? check those springs to make sure that they are not broken.
Remove wheel. Floor jack under. Compresor driven impact wrench, if you have access should make quick work.
Thats new to me. Do you have to compress the coil to remove it? Guess it comes out as one unit like front struts on a car? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
When you jack it up the coil should decompress you need the jack to compress the coil to tighten up the mounting bolts when you reinstall.
You can but it helps to have an extra set of hands. Also helpful are ratchet straps. And while you're in there I would replace all the bushings you can.... For those of you who are confused; Ridgelines have independant suspension/struts all the way around.
Was at the dealer yesterday and the sales guy is telling me the virtues of the Z71 off road package, little stiffer suspension and skid plates. I explained that the off road package is a crock of crap the thing with stock tires can't go thru 13" of snow, and if there is a frozen crust on top of the snow the flimsy piece of plastic on the bottom of the bumper gets ripped off when you back out after shoveling out around the Z71 off road. That being said the trail boss version of the Z71 has me interested, has to have running boards though.
It was probably a kid just out of high school trying to make a living and you ripped him a new one........ nice! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pictures of houses in real-estate adds. Went and looked at a house today. I knew it had only a 1 car garage but the driveway barely had room for 1 vehicle. It was a hard no.
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/...urity-guard-for-permitted-pistol-lawful-ammo/ wait; WTF? Hollow points are illegal in NJ? This is insane. Literally insane. Wake the F up, people.
Daylight saving time Sunday, headed up to the daughters because the grandson is getting baptized. Going to be baptized in the catholic church, so I will be spending an hour plus wondering what all the standing and then kneeling is all about.
