Yes. Plantar fascia...dear God. Middle od feet are tender to start with, but Aye!

The therapist showed me ways to self massage (with a rollar, ball, or hand) and stretching.

It was great after, but torturous during.

860 Smackeroos to fix the heat pump....HVAC guy says I have a special model. He told me the name but in my head I heard him say blah blah blah just like your ex-wife kind of special model. After 10 years it's still costing money and ruining your day just to blow some hot air.

My kitchen is a galley style kitchen, small. My oven is a not standard size I have put 5 new bottom heating elements in 25 years. I was waiting in line behind a guy in line at the appliance parts place. He had a 2 year old oven he needed a $475 part, I did not complain about the $35 element in the old POS oven that was built in 1974 that I have.

Same here, 17°F this morning. Rare to see it this cold in Lewiston this time of year.
Not a fan of it when I still have some hunting to do, give me 35° any time.

    3 degrees here this morning.

The mountains are beautiful but watering 50 rabbits, 30 chickens and two steers is kind of a pain.[IMG]

The picture quality of cable TV, so compressed it is laughable.

Left directv after 18 years and switched to comcast/xfinity. 2 year contract just over month old and $20 a month to cancel.

Need to go to sleep before I take that $460 hit.

What's messed up is I do not know if it is their signal or the cameras of live games. Cabke cams during NFL games looks like chit most times. Quite a few cams on World Series look the same way. Other shows with regular programming look OK.

I disagree... Halloween is my favorite holiday. I spend the night in the tree and then after I have ****tons of candy to take out in the stand for weeks.
