So I have a rant that does not involve something that causes me consternation. I live near a small town that is somewhat backwards the local rubes could be confused with the cast of honey boo boo. I stop at the local gas station every morning to get a newspaper and a plain cake donut. Well you know those warmers that they put the crappy food that is horrible for you, the food that is in there too long the rest of the world discard and throw away not in this small town. They take the food out and slice into smaller pieces and put it out on the counter for people to take a smaller free sample. Makes me cringe just seeing it but when I see somebody take a piece and eat it I want to puke.
From someone who usually eats 2 out of 3 meals during the week from gas station, I completely agree with this. You get to those smaller towns ya never really know how long the food has been sitting there ha.
I also like it in a small town when they pull up to a feul pump and u are waiting get feul cause there are only to desiel pumps and they go get a pizza cause they can't walk an extra 30 feet in the parking spots
broke my favorite spinning rod this past weekend on a 5+lb largemouth, fish broke off, I dove in, Rod broke fall, I lost all.....R.I.P. Gloomis, we had a great run.
So I went to the home depot this morning to buy a new weed whip. I hate weed whips. I bought an echo and got home and did a little trimming and the line broke off and quit coming out of the head. There was no manual with it and it was preassembled, it was a big factor in why I purchased it. Anyway no big deal I went and bought more string and looking at the head I could not figure out the line install so I did a google search. Just my luck a youtube video popped up. I appreciate the fact that the video was there but it was an 8 minute video that a kid videoed in his garage I thought I was going to have a seizure watching the footage. Image jumping around like crazy and if you are going to narrate blow your damn nose before you hit record.
While I appreciate that folks post help videos, I do not appreciate that they suck at it and make them 10x longer than they need to be ....

On the wal-mart theme, I really get annoyed when I see SOME people using the scooter carts to do their shopping. Both cheeks hanging over the side... OBESITY is is not a handicap for most of these people. They are just plain lazy. The other day, going to pick a few things at the grocery store and I see a distant cousin of mine that is YOUNGER than me scooting through the store in an electric cart. REALLY? Walking through the store would HELP most of these people! If I offend anyone... my apologies. BHA
I don't know how many times this has happened to me over the past 2 years but, once again I headed out to the property to check on a specific cam just to find out the cam never went off....and all the minerals were gone....and someone dumped their firepit on our driveway...
I was at a cabelas a week after getting out of the hospital for a rattlesnake bite. Almost lost my leg and I was still bandaged up and on crutches and some obese woman tried to fight me for the last cart :facepalm: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kroger used to have a sour cream cake doughnut...with coffee it's a great combo. Not sure why donuts qualify as a rant tho
We'll firs I went out to check cams, one was dead. And then I went to the other cam only to find I forgot to turn it on.!!!!!! I hate it
