Got a funny email from a rep I fired 2 months ago. He wanted me to send him our customer list for the last 3 years in his territory to as well as his commission statements. Evidently he did not retain those records when he received his monthly statements. Sloth like slack ass did not have a database further proving I was justified in firing him.
I held off thinking of myself as an older guy for a long time. Well tonight I had to deal with like half my subordinates in one way or another. Nothing major but nonetheless a pain in the rear. Just checked the weather forecast and now they’re saying the hurricane is going to turn and head more north. If their current prediction holds up it looks like it’ll hit my area on opening day. I don’t really worry too much about hurricanes, we had 2 last year and I’m cool with that, but why does it have to hit us on opening day. Deer are gonna be bedded down all damn day and no way I’ll be able to hold my bow steady enough to hit anything from a stand if the tree it’s on is getting blown around by a damn hurricane. Wife gets car oil replaced 2 days ago. Driving today and oil is pouring out the bottom of the car 100 miles from home. Guarantee those aholes didnt put the drain plug back on or didnt seat it correctly. And going on 3 hrs sleep and have to work tonight. Im gonna chews someones ass left and right come Tues morning. Trespassers, and guys who touch stuff that isn’t theirs. Found one of my trail cams hanging from a tree branch today. Thankfully he didn’t take the SD card or damage the camera. I got a good pic of his face. I’m not gonna post it, but just picture a fat balding man, with one heck of a beer belly riding around on an atv. The slob is riding right through prime bedding area too! As far as I know the landowner has only given me permission to hunt. I checked out my ladder stand and it looks like someone may have tried taking the straps off. But I can’t be sure and I’m not gonna point fingers without proof. The property I hunt is tiny, and I’ve seen deer bail in the past after being pressured. It sucks to know that I have spent all year avoiding this spot and getting some of the biggest bucks I’ve seen on cam only for this ******* to be messing with my stuff.
