I am the roofing company. Luckily the HOA has a covenant that only weathered wood shingle color. And the home owner was super cool about it and is paying a nicely discounted price. The good news is he didnt have a signed contract with another roofer yet, that would have cost me. We have installed 19 roofs this week and 200+ this year, all on the right houses.. Oh and it was a nice upgrade to a class 4 impact resistant shingle. And I will double up on Habitat for Humanity roofs and get it back on the end of the year.

After a long session of cussing at the crew, Id tell them they are putting the actual customer’s roof up as volunteer work (no pay) (depending on laws) if not the foreman is fired instantly.
So commifornia now has it that you can no longer use a drivers license to buy a gun or ammo. You have to have a birth certificate or passport w.t.f. A illegal invader can use a drivers license to vote, which is a federal crime, yet I cannot use my license to buy a gun which is my constitutional right?! Wasp spray is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to methamphetamine, posing a whole new set of health risks, law enforcement officials say. The problem has become particularly bad in West Virginia, according to TV station KIRO. The wasp spray is inhaled or injected, providing a rush similar to the one methamphetamine users experience. Sometimes it is used alone, while other times it is used alongside methamphetamine to intensify effects. At least three overdoses have been reported so far in West Virginia, KIRO reports. “From what we’re being told, if you use it, you know, you might use it once or twice and be fine,” Sgt. Charles Sutphin with the Boone County Sheriff’s Office told the TV station. “But the third time, when your body hits that allergic reaction, it can kill you.” Emergency responders are working to come up with ways to better treat patients who overdose on wasp spray. A public education campaign is planned, as well.

I visited an old friend in WV last weekend, who is a policeman. He said there are overdoses every week. He rattled off names of old friends who are now meth heads, etc. Very sad.
only issue with that is I'd need to be home when it got delivered- otherwise porch pirates snatch that up in a heartbeat. Probably easier for me to just grab it in the AM and just go into work late; but then I wouldn't have a rant.
