All this damned rain prolonging flooding. Now we could have tropical remnants to deal with in already near record flooding. The IL River hasn't even crested yet and about the time it is set to, rain will be starting back up. It keeps getting pushed further out with each additional rain event.
Solar Minimum, Al Gore is going to be pissed. It does support what I have said since the climate hysteria started. IT'S THE SUN STUPID.
With all the rain, 17" at my hunting grounds, the hogs have been displaced and are all over my place again. I killed 27 last year in April and have only had a few pass through since. Looks like it's time to go get some more sub sonic ammo, clean up the .308 and break out the suppressor. Oh, and bait the corral trap. Sure wish that whole hog bait poison study had done something by now but nope we are just going to let them keep destroying crops and land waiting for something that has already been proven effective with minimal risk because bureaucratic red tape and the bleeding heart suck bags that refuse to list their addresses so I can drop off all the hogs I trap at their house. Then again, the Governors mansion is right down the street from the house and it does have a pretty good fence..
Yes, go to Oklahoma if you come this way. Arkansas is about five years behind Illinois, we only have less violence and crime because Chicago has more people than the whole state. Per capita, Little Rock and Chicago are about the same in those departments.
Executors of a will who have more money than you could ever fathom without needing the estate to achieve such. I'm at my wits end dealing with complete and total disregard to the terms of the will. No clue how to go about righting a very clear wrong without it using up the inheritance to begin with.
My Florida tarpon fishing trip is delayed by a dreaded family meeting about such things, guess I should be glad things are getting planned.
I’d go talk with an attorney. Mainly to get some info and be ready in the event you would need to hire one Most will meet with you the first time to discuss the case for free. You may need to talk with a few but you Likely will find one to take the case for a percentage of the amount won . Good luck . This stuff sucks Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
No need for a Will in today's world. Lady Bird Deed for the house(Covers all items in the home) Funds(Investments) have been left to kids in case we both die, they are beneficiaries. No executor needed, we had this set up for my MIL and FIL also. I have been through family issues like this in past, it's frustrating.
Been like 9 yrs since I bought a truck. Heading in tonight to get one and feel sick to my stomach spending this money. Haha. I'm a cheapskate Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
You can get a good deal on certified used on most dealer lots. I bought "like new" about three years ago and saved at least $20k.
My rant for the day. Jocko Willnink and his podcast. Why am I ranting about it you ask? Because I no longer have any excuses for procrastination, not working out, eating better or just generally being a better person.. I quit smoking again, no little helpers just cold turkey, I'm on the warpath.
The Lion King Movie, I'm sure it will be fine but I keep getting trailers and popups for it every two minutes. It's driving me bonkers. On a side note, does anyone else picture shot placement on animals in these types of movie trailers or is it just me? Whenever I see the darn trailer I'm always thinking, "just move that front shoulder a bit simba... thwack!"
Some thoughts below... I actually like the search options for used vehicles on Kbb.Com... You could always give PT a call...NY is only what, 500 miles north of you.
Don't be afraid to take a gamble on something. My current vehicle is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee that I bought in 2008 with a 139,000 miles on it. It is my daily driver. I hit the parking deck at work today with 206 457 on the odometer. Other than routine maintenance like oil changes, brakes, and tires, the only thing I have had to have done to it is a starter, crankshaft sensor, and completely redoing the a/c system. I paid $1800 cash for it. I have spent less than $2000 in repairs in 7 years on a vehicle that will be 20 years old next January. I laugh at the absurdity of people who buy any vehicle, new or used, with a car payment. If you are buying something used, buy it for the quality of the engine. Do not get suckered by shiny wheels and flashy trim.
Not a rant. I quit smoking 8 weeks ago today. It was the first time I tried. Cold turkey also. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, especially since I liked smoking. I still briefly think about it once a day though. At 62 years old I can't tell you how much better I feel since quitting. The extra money in my pocket is pretty cool too. Good luck
