Sounds like an opportunity for me. I already own a few rentals in not so great neighborhoods so now I'm going to purchase more and sell "impoverished" addresses to hopeful college students. This is just ridiculous.
To add on to this, when paying at the pump. Would you like a receipt? Yes Please see cashier for receipt. I paid at the pump for a reason.......
That and talkative bank tellers bug the crap out of me. If I wanted to chit chat I would come in the lobby.
I think the last time I actually went to a bank branch was around 12 years ago and that was to open my accounts.
and to add on to that- being asked PRIOR to pumping if you want your receipt; then getting the "please see cashier for receipt" AFTER you're done pumping. that one is especially vexing. I have a fleet car and have to return my receipts at the end of every month. ...first world problems.

Hello ACT or trade school. Forget all the years of hard work that kids have done that live in those areas and still bust their butts to make good grades and qualify for Gifted & Talented programs or the Science, Technology, Electronics and Math programs. Someone needs to remind the SAT board about Dr. Ben Carson. Agree with his politics or not, he is a straight-from-poverty to best-in-the-world at brain surgery. This country needs more examples like him.
