    not quite, brother.
Maybe not a full-on national story, but it is still getting a lot of traction here in the Chi as well as on Fox tonight...hundreds of texts uncovered tonight from Kim Fixx and it's clear the Fixx was in. I still think she's effed in the A.

Practicing Jews support Trump. He supports practicing Jews.
Being Jewish is much more than an ethnicity.

It could easily be argued that Trump is the most pro-Jewish president EVER. And politically; the least anti-gay President ever for that matter. He simply doesn't care about people's sexuality. He doesn't use it as a tool of political convenience.

These Qu33r Yiddish dancing retards are literally protesting the most pro-Jew, least homophobic (or most homo-agnositc president) ever.

    "No borders, no wall...."
Try that in Israel, you effing idiots. "Your people" would cease to exist in about 10 minutes; overrun by people who would literally burn you alive or throw you from rooftops.

Being Jewish is no ethnicity at all.
Trump's daughter converted to Judaism, and is now 'Jewish". Can you convert to black, Mexican, or Czechoslovakian ???

I get it, and agree, but given the language of today you are arguing the semantics of semiticsm.

Yes, this is quite a minefield. One wrong word, and NPC slurs start to fly back and forth ...
Supposedly, the Khazar Khanate converted to Judaism as a whole about 1200 ys ago. Definitely not a semitic tribe.

What does this have to do with School?

I ask because I ask both my kids this question if the School is teaching this, and the answer was no.

First of all, good on you for teaching your kids right.

However, here's a real world instance in the local news just yesterday. Bear with me, there is historical context that needs be laid out to tell the story-

As I imagine you're aware, in the 1930s a bunch of murals were commissioned by one of those Federal 'put people to work programs' as part of the New Deal. So those murals were usually painted by local artists, and went up in neighborhood schools all over the country (amongst other public buildings.) Back in those days, most all neighborhoods were racially segregated. Also, artists tend to paint pictures of people like them and/or their neighborhoods- blacks paint black people, white people white people, etc. So oftentimes these murals depicted only the race of whoever painted them.; or at best minimal representations of other races. Save this fact or a few seconds.

Many of those schools have since been torn down, but the murals (at least in this case) have been placed in newer area schools because they were considered period art and also often times contain Socialist themes and Socialists have been infiltrating the American public education system for over 80 years from the top down (universities) to the bottom up (elementary schools.)

In Chicago, there is an affluent suburb called Oak Park. It is uber-liberal. Like ban all guns liberal. Mostly populated by White Champagne Socialists; however increasingly racially diverse especially in the past 20 years due to rental property developments. A lot of Section 8 rental units. Home ownership is nearly 100% white, rentals are mixed race. A 'decent' house in Oak Park will run you $500,000+ and cost you about -$15,000-20,000+ per year in property taxes. No, I did not add an extra -0- there. Federally subsidized rent however, is affordable to all.

Oak Park buts right up against the west side of Chicago- 1A or 1B of the most violent neighborhoods in the entire metro area. That neighborhood is near monolithically populated by non-whites. The people of Oak Park have a lot of White Guilt. They like to Virtue Signal...a lot. Drive up and down the neighborhoods and almost every third house has a "hate has no home here" sign in the front yard- yet their taxes are so high very few minorities could ever own a home in that neighborhood. Segregation by taxation. Ironic.

Over the past 20 years or so a lot of nearby public schools in the West Side have consolidated and as such plus diversification via renters; Oak Park schools went from nearly 100% white to a near 50/50 mix. That's fine. Nobody should care. One of these Oak Park schools (specifically a public MIDDLE school) had one of these period art murals placed in it when it was constructed about 20 years ago. The title was "Kids Playing in Snow" and it depicted a bunch of white kids doing just that. No diversity at all. Keep in mind, this is 80 year old period art commissioned to a neighborhood artist back when said neighborhood was 100% white.

So this middle school has a Diversity Club. That's right, 11 and 12 year olds forming a Diversity Club in a school which is already about as diverse as you can be. Said Diversity Club Woke up the other day and found said mural very offensive and threatened a walk out until it was removed from the school. And the "adults" caved. To 11 year olds.

Instead of using it as a tool to teach actual history and show how far their little burb has Progressed from being 100% segregated white; and is now considered the 'perfect' example of racial (if not economic) diversity; the History must be erased. The Book shall be burned; in other words. The Statues torn down. There is no history but what we make.

Keep in mind, the mural had no offensive images of other races at all- it just accurately portrayed the demographics of the neighborhood as it was 80 years ago. So the accurate historical portrayal of the neighborhood is offensive enough for kids to walk out of the school- and the adults crumbled like papier-mâché.

Where do you think these 11 year old kids learned this crap? From their public school teachers.

Germ, iirc your wife is an educator and several others here on this site (or their spouses) are as well...I know there is good and bad in all professions. But when I went to college from 98-02 nearly every education major I encountered was an absolute idiot, incapable of analytic/critical/original thought. All they could do was recite what was told to them. Many of them were cute girls who's daddy had a little money and since they were decent at standardized tests...well, they got to go to college- and become a teacher! yayyyy!

There is a lot of truth in the old saying- those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.

I'll respond to this, which is a tired excuses for those parents who have raised stupid kids. If anyone here thinks teaching is easy, have at it, but please record your first few weeks so I can laugh my ass off. As you deal with those who "can do", but somehow can't seem to get little Johnny to do their homework and then ***** when he's failing. It's easy to sit in the cheap seats and rant, get in the trenches and then come talk to me.

And I'll add the below, because I have advocated for any kid coming out of HS and headed to college not to become a teacher, don't waste your time. Let the parents who think they know everything(and can do) teach their own brat. Let them pay $12,000-$15,000 for a Private k-8th school and then $15,000 to $20,000. In fact on career day one of my slides was ROI for degrees, I wonder what was first.

If you want better teachers pay a better wage, there is a lot of truth in this saying "You get what you pay for", so enjoy!!!!!

I don't always agree with you, but on this point you are spot on. My wife is a teacher as well. There are great ones and the are teachers who should be fired and never rehired as teacher. But more than anything else, there are parents who do a worthless job of investing in their kids' education.

It is not an accident that my son is the top-ranked reader in his grade, the sixth-highest ranked reader (as a second grader) in a school of 900 kids. Mostly, it is because my wife makes him drill his homework every night after school. I help a little but since I work later, it is mostly due to her investing in the kids.

And just so no one thinks my kid is a wimpy little nerd, he is also quite the ball player for his age...not bad for a seven-year-old

Good for him, and you should be proud. What's funny is the only time my daughter makes a comment about teacher's spewing political mouth turds, it's conservative. I swear her one teacher has a Trump tramp stamp on her back. The difference is my daughter is not a lemming;)

I am no expert, but isn't that about the same percentage of the population that was receiving some kind of gov't assistance under the previous President?
