People who walk around in all black clothes after dark near streets. It's dark. At least have on one piece of lighter colored clothing so I dont run you over on accident. Like 99% of people wear all black after dark while out walking.

    whole bill:
    https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2017/s2796

    pertinent excerpt-

PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL :

Relates to access to reproductive services.

    SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS :

Section 1 of the bill establishes the legislative intent.

Section 2 of the bill creates a new Article 25-A of the Public Health
Law (PHL), which states that an abortion May be performed by a
licensed, certified, or authorized practitioner within 24 weeks from
    the commencement of pregnancy
, or there is an absence of fetal
    viability
, or at any time when necessary to protect a patient's life
    or health
    .

this literally allows abortion for any/no reason at all up to 24 weeks (which equals 6 months- completely viable at that point)
and permits abortion right up until crowning to "protect a patient's health"; criteria of which medically means nothing. 8 months, 3 weeks in the woman decides that having a baby will be stressful to her mental health; get to have an abortion!

Also, there are literally no medical conditions where a 3rd trimester abortion is needed to protect the health of the mother- early term/induced birth yes, but abortion no. Medical science has advanced to the point that all babies are viable outside the womb after 6 months' development (and in some cases before.)

New York has proudly legalized stabbing in-uterine children in the heads, chopping them into little pieces, and sucking them out piece by piece. Babies that are otherwise completely viable.

Legalized murder. But hey, that's cool. Keeps crime rates down. Pre-crime, and all

I'm guessing here but the vast majority of those wearing all black after dark are the ones that should be run over:fro:

Canadians. I work with one he is a great guy he is our lead field person that does commissioning of new landfill cells and field service. He has a Canadian passport that is expiring and has to mail it back to Canada to get a new one, the last time he got a new one it took 3-1/2 months. We do a lot of business in Canada so there are several trips to Canada scheduled to go up and commission landfill cells. Guess who has a passport and the experience in commissioning cells, this guy. Pissed but I have to do it nobody else can, but damn my travel schedule is pretty packed and it sucks to add more.

Lived here my whole life.... love the seasons. Hate the government. What ppl don't understand is 95% of NY is rural and hate Cuomo and the Blue state liberals that run our **** into the proverbial ground and beyond. But thanks to inner city and NYC populations we are held hostage to their laws.
If i had one wish it would be ANNEX NYC and make upstate another place entirely.

Much like Minnesota if not for the 7 county metro area the Twin Cities and St. Louis County Minnesota would be a conservative state. The people that live near the tall buildings where it never gets dark vote for the liberals.

In retrospect it was silly to act like NY was isolated in this regard. It's the ignorant masses and the placating to them for their votes that is nation wide.

I love that when it is so dry the humidifier can not keep up, and you mouth breath all night when you wake up and you can't move your lips because your mouth is dried leather.

If I ate all that my bowels would stage a revolt that would peel the paint off the bathroom walls.

I lived in Saratoga Springs for a little over a year in my younger life, upstate NY is more rural than Oklahoma! Funny thing, I met guys who were crazy about fishing but wanted nothing to do with hunting, probably the crowd I ran with but it used to kill me when I would spend a weekend at Lake George and the wildlife was more than abundant. So flash forward to 2012, we bought a place on Lake George and when we were meeting the neighbors I mentioned I was a hunter.. talk about triggered! You would have thought I said I like cooking and eating infants. We enjoyed the place and had a lot of fun taking Oklahomie friends up but I couldn't wait to sell and did so in 2016, good riddance. And yeah, even as a Democrat, NY goes off the deep end.
