I need to Sota. We moved right back into suburban America. Ughhh. But I love driving out to the small town area where I hunt. Even 3 miles west of my house it turns into straight country.

Living in IL

99% of the US says IL is the biggest joke in this country. IL voters said hold my beer, we still have another 1% to gain.

When Chicago entered the White House, the nation as a whole was forever changed.

Somebody needs to start digging a trench from Lake Michigan to the Ohio River while someone else starts from Lake Michigan towards the Mississippi.

new rant...Netflix releasing Season 2 of The Punisher on a week (month? year?) where work is kicking my arse and I'm desperately trying to get motivated to get my house ready to sell in the spring.

 

Watched the first episode last night. Love that show.

 

Sure hope my car starts next Tuesday and Wednesday. Gotta love Minnesota. Wonder what the wind chill will be?

Head aches that last for a couple days. Was so bad yesterday, it felt like I was going to be sick. Had to leave work.

Still have a lingering one this morning.

 

This is 6am both mornings as currently forecast. As with all weather subject to change

 

Start hitting -60 windchills and things can get ugly quick!
Was fishing lake of the woods years ago.
Reg temp was -. 54 with zero wind.
Could throw a "16 walleye outside and pound a nail with it 5 minutes later.

 

I hear that. I suffer from cluster headaches. Constantly have to carry injection pens with me Incase one comes on

 

Dang that sucks man. I watched a cool show a few years ago about cluster headaches and experimenting with psilocybin (shrooms) as a way to alleviate them. A guy said he had them so bad he couldn't function. Started taking psilocybin once a month as an experiment to see if the change in brain chemistry would help..and it did. He takes it once a month and his family supports him by making everything safe in his room while he under the influence. Says he wards off the cluster headaches completely. Found that very interesting.

My daughter came over to the house the other day... said she felt like crap. Next day the Dr diagnosed her with the flu.

Looks like I may be starting a project in Peoria. I'll try to bring some warm weather with me...I moved south to get away from weather like that. Brrrrr

 

It's a dry cold.

 

They're no joke. Watched my step-father suffer with those for years. Nearly incapacitating.
