That's where my Grandparents live in the 80's and 90's, I called it "Wrinklewood". I bet there are still stories in 1985 of a 67 year old man running down at 13 year old and whipping his ass for mouthing off, lol
I will say this when I move to Florida it will not be in a condo. I would rather live a life time of Minnesota winters than live in high density housing in Florida.
They got a duplex-type of ranch-style townhome(?) It's not bad especially if your neighbors are not full-timers. The Old Man doesn't have to mow or do any exterior maintenance which at this point in his health is good for him. Just a one block walk to their boat slip, then like 10 minutes to open water. My rant? I didn't buy in their neighborhood when they did. Places have jumped up about $40k in 3 years. It was either that or keep saving for my 80+ acres somewhere here in the MW...
My parents had a condo, I hated it. 2008 they found the house, it was built and completed but never lived in the builder lost it to the bank and my parents got a steal of a deal, the house appraised for 3 times higher than they paid for it 10 years later.
People who think me eating lunch at my desk is any of their business. I’m kidding! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Somebody cooked something in the microwave today it smelled like 10 pounds of ass with shat on top. I think it was the weird little vegan engineer.
So I have been dealing with hip and back issues, I find out tomorrow if I am accepted into a University of Minnesota research project. Sure would be nice to find a way to get fixed. My back is as bad as my hips, even worse. I just want progress.
when you have joint/muscle pain start at the bottom and work your way up. Your back is probably directly related to your hips. Even if you have arthritis getting things re-aligned makes a huge difference. I had the beginnings of lower back arthritis and once I got my hips aligned I feel much better. Damage is done but I no longer have stress on those places where pressure was being caused by being mis-aligned.
My father in law actually had a device inserted into his back. It has a sensitivity setting and they try to find the setting that works the best for him. It lowers the nerve pain by doing something. It has made a huge difference for his back pain. He had double hip replacements and then his back started to really hurt. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
