Here's my minor rant from last night. Somehow, I got hooked on watching the new Dallas on TNT. Decent show, hot chicks, yada yada yada. Anyway, when Larry Hagman died a few months ago, it was a given that his character JR would be killed off. Last nights episode ended in the same way it did 30 plus years ago. Another " Who shot JR?' Weak, very weak.
I try not to be a poor college kid. I dont think id waste my money on that stuff. I went a different route last weekend lol
Umm I don't know if you saw it or not, but I said I was bringing it up "again". There is an epidemic of bad grammar that needs to be addressed. I must have missed the rules of this thread. Can something only be ranted about once?
Nope its all good. Just thought id remind you. I did see on the weather channel today they used "your" when it should've been "you're" So it it pretty bad.
Bowhunting reviewers who think every bow is great and are impressed by how smooth every single bow draws, has no hand shock and very little vibration. I've been following your reviews for 3 years now and apparently every bow is amazing! Bowhunting reviewers who find every product to be useful and the next best thing in their pack! Dang it man, you must have to drive a big rig to your stand to haul all that gear! Saggy pants! If You knew how that trend started, you probably wouldn't be doing it! Doctors that over medicate and parents who think medicine is the cure all! Both mental meds and physical. It's a sneeze! They don't need an antibiotic! They are 3, they don't need ADHD meds! Tax returns! You don't pay in $10,000.00 did you? So why the hell did you get back $10,000.00? Oh wait, you haven't tried to get an education and you keep opening your legs. But, our government will reward for these actions. Hmm, wonder why the country is in so much debt. Tax me a certain percentage and keep it. Don't make me file taxes, don't give meanwhile back, don't give others money back and dang sure don't tell me I didn't pay enough in because you allow me to claim more dependents throughout the year than you allow me to claim at the end. Just freaking take x% from us all and be done with it. That 15 year employee who has worked the same job for 15 years, gave the company their minimum requirements and complains about no promotion, little raises and the same benefits. News flash, I'm not paying you more for doing the same amount of work! You want it, show me you deserve it. Until then keep your mouth shut and do the job you agreed to do by clocking in this morning. People who call hard workers *** kissers. I do my job and do it well. I do more than I'm required. That's why I get the promotions, raises, better hours and all the other stuff you don't. It's called work! Elitist of anything. Not everyone enjoys it to the degree you do. Not everyone believes the same as you do and shouldn't have to. People like you are what gives what you do a bad name. Accept people for whom they are and the level they enjoy your passions. Be glad they do because with the attitude you have, you may end up turning that person into another one that is against you. Sometimes we build our enemies with our beliefs.
Trucks - Last night my buddy and I were talking about new trucks (neither of us needs one, but it led to a 3 hour conversation) They have become a fashion accessory, and that drives me bananas: City folk who drive diesels, to their highrise office job. Not a scratch one to be found on it (and they almost always take up 2 spaces in the garage) Carpet in trucks - whatever yuppie idiot decided that this is a good idea, needs to be dragged out in the street and beaten. To make matters worse: I'm expected to pay EXTRA for no carpet at a dealership. I get in with muddy boots from the Farm, Lease and jobsite. My kid is messy, so is my dog and my Mrs. $40,000 for a 1/2 ton truck. Really!?!?! P tires on a truck. Seriously, it's a truck, put on some LT tires from the factory. That's ridiculous. Luxury trucks: WTF? If you are driving around in a luxury truck, you don't need a truck. I'm a truck guy. I buy them, use them hard, and take good care of them mechanically. My truck is dented, scratched, muddy and doesn't make it to the car wash often enough. It's sitting on 205k miles, and I think I may be able to get that many more out of it. It is a diesel, I tow fairly often; tractors and old cars aren't light.
Totally agree with this, last summer we were looking to get a new truck for work, had to be diesel, 4x4, long bed, and preferably 4 door but coulda settled for extended cab. No where to be found unless u wanted to order it which is $$$ or drive 6 hours and hope it was what the guy said it was. Luckily after making the 6 hour drive and that not being what we wanted, came home and found one. Either way its a pain to find a decent truck if your one of the people who actually use it like a truck.

When someone types "your an idiot.". You can't really call someone an idiot, while using the incorrect form of you are.
Yup, that one makes me giggle. It ranks right up there with "stuff for sell", "your a moran", and "rediculous" It's just not worth calling some people out. LOL All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence; then success is sure - Mark Twain
The freaking snow on the ground that is keeping me from doing anything in the woods and another 7" expected now through next Tuesday. Someone needs to inform Mother Nature that it is march. Doesn't she know I have work to do? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
