You would remember if your great friend told you she was raped at a party. Even 35 plus years ago.

 

I guess that's the question who did she tell. Not remembering and not telling are two different things.

If he was someone where else was not somebody with him? Where is that person's testimony? All we got is calendar, that's not much. Like I said she's got diddle also.

 

She waited 36 years to spring the trap. What a joke.

 

The reason why he cannot provide an alibi is because she has not provided a date on the night it supposedly occurred.

I find it funny that she can remember how much beer she had, but cannot remember where she was, or how she got there, or left exactly.

Ok for what? What does she get? Total lost of privacy? Had to move out of her house, death threats? If she is found to be lying she loses her job at a university and tenure. Is she getting a huge pay off? I don't see the end game for her to "spring this trap". Now if we find out other wise will have a different story.

 

Get sexual predators. Get them good. Put them in jail. Ive locked them up. However, this political based bs using a woman to testify after 35 years is a joke. Terribly embarrassing.

Yes he was...sign of someone being really pissed. He must be credible. His facial expressions, emotions, and strong words must mean he is telling the truth.

 

OK it’s on the TV in the background and I heard him being questioned about flatulence, what an effing joke.

This whole mess is disgusting. It's nothing more than a strategic attempt at blocking a conservative judicial nomination/appointment through more of the liberal/progressives crappy, scoundrel playbook. They had BS junk like this on every potential nominee they could think of.

It's a he said she said scenario where all the burden of proof should be on the accuser and she had zero credibility from what little I watched and read.

 

So the Democratic Party refused to participate in the investigation, which started 45 days ago. and they are now complaining because they don’t have enough information from the alleged witnesses? This is ridiculous! If they wanted to question mark judge, or PJ or any other person they could have. Unbelievable

The games played is sickening especially with sitting on the information they had, it is unethical as hell.

 

The rules of the "game" aren't equal for the members of Congress. Dozens of them are pulled over every year for being massively intoxicated while driving....and they arent allowed to be prosecuted because of laws of the land. They vote themselves raises and have the best health care while others suffer. Eat it Congress.

 

Bringing back duels would eliminate this problem...just sayin...
