I just had a mailman call me and give me the business for putting a bid into a customers mailbox. 1) Get a life. If your biggest problem is a contractor putting a bid in a mailbox then be thankful. 2) Federal Offense!? Go for it, prosecute me. 3) He had to open my sealed envelope bid to get my number, nosey sob isn't that some type of rule you just broke?
