This time tomorrow, I will be on a plane to Alberta for a week of elk hunting. Today's rant; it is Tuesday and I am still in the office.
Buy one cheap and redo it body work and restore may take a year and a few more thousands but you will know it is good.
Sitting around in a joint training with the Fire guys last week....working tactics on how we should be working together during an active shooter situation. Obviously we focused on schools. 2018. Man is supposed to be doing better. Sitting around talking about how we are going to be going into schools to kill a shooter and treat kids who have been massacred. What a damn world. Made me really think how screwed up we are these days.
Depending on having 4 wheel drive or not, that vehicle would be in the '98 year range for us up north. We would have body work, brake lines and fuel lines at a minimum to replace. My guess is that a southern vehicle would have to be older than that to be in the price range. In that case, motor work or replacement would be in the cards.

I found a 79 Ford f-250 crew cab 4x4 with a flatbed the other day.. $9500. Didnt even hesitate, already knew the wife would say no..
They did an active shooter drill here in Oklahoma the other day with all agencies including life flight. Used fake blood and all. Made me absolutely sick to my stomach that this is the world we live in and something we have to be prepared for. What's worse some dip$hit running for state rep was there grandstanding.
