I worked security at a big club at the beach a couple years back and some kid tried to use his medicaid card as proof of ID. I told him that was not an acceptable form of ID for the establishment.

The funny thing is he didn't say you NEED id for groceries, he said "you go buy groceries you need a card with your picture on it, you need a id. Whenever you go buy anything you need id. The only time you dont need it is when you go vote." Which is basically right, so what is there to defend.

So my rant, ppl being pissed because a comment was made that grown adults need identification for most things in life, but have no problem apparently with showing one to vote the ppl in that run this country.

Pretty simple, stating a ID required at a grocery store is, well stupid.

Second this is a State issue, call your legislator and get it on the ballot.

If only the courts would let it be that simple. :(

Like previously stated I also don't sign my credit cards and less and less stores ask to see my ID. I choose not to sign it so that I would be asked and to add another layer of security if I was to lose my card.
Come on Dems what's next.... Crying and protesting cuz the bank wants you to show ID when taking money out?

If you lose your card, well they can just signed your name on the back of your un-signed card, I have never understood that logic. Plus just put see ID on the back of your card.

Also get the card you can just turn off now, those are fantastic.

If's it's signed they tend not to ask, logic? You are putting your trust in an 8.00 hour worker, good luck with that.

I was just using your logic from above, save your self time and just get the card you can turn off from your phone, so much easier.

I am pissed as hell this morning, a year ago last March I had hernia surgery, well while I was out they meshed me. The thing took forever to heal and the incision split a few times. I was splitting wood again last night feeling good, no pain. I get out of bed this morning and I look and there is blood spots on my side of the bed, the incision split on me again. wth.

Sure, LMAO. I just had my own logic used against me, so now I am done. Being I have no response back I just call Germ a lib, classic.

Because suggesting to sign a card and put "see id" is a lib idea, or getting a card you can just shut off to give the person peace of mind is a lib idea.

There is no wrong or right way here, just suggestions one can take.

Ive seen Germ bash both libs and conservatives, tending to think about one issue at a time. I see no problem with a thinking mans game to politics. In fact, we need a whole lot more people in this country to do just that, think and not follow.
