    Headed to a weekend at a cabin in Barnes WI, the kids and their husband/girlfriend are coming with as well. It will be a blissful weekend nothing could piss me off today. Put it on the calendar Sota is not pissed.

    Yeah it is a little early.:biggrin: I do admit that I am a softie when it comes to my kids. I have had access to the cabin anytime I wanted since the early 2000's. It is owned by the first friend I ever met at college. I was there when the logs were delivered, helped peel every log in the place, was there for every log set. My friend finally added a bath house with running water so it finally met the standards for my wife to visit.

    Middle Eau Claire Lake is a nice lake has a manually operated lock between the lakes going to put my old alumacraft thru it.

    Likewise. One farm sold for ridiculous gain and one more to hold for now. I think I am leaning towards a Sprinter Conversion. Just a little smaller and a bit easier to get around in. We want to do a lot of hiking and biking out West and also hit breweries all over the country. My early retirement plan is to travel and play solo gigs to pay for the gas and beer and just for the fun of it. I hope to be living that dream in about 5 years. See you on the road!

    17% car rental sales tax from the county in a state that boasts of having no sales tax. On a nine day rental is added almost $75
    To the bill. Oregon is a wonderful place to visit but the taxation here is outrageous.
